Love the hotel.. good and the best hotel in Banjarmasin.. the view and the cleanliness is great

Terrible service. Nobody speaks proper English. I want the iced cappuccino and call the restaurant but have to walk to the restaurant to explain and show the picure.
They messed up the order and sent me a hot one after 40mins. I have to walk back to the restaurant to order again. I waited 30mins for the replacement but no one came. After 45mins the iced Coffee came while I was taking a shower.
AND THEY CHARGED A DIFFERENT PRICE FROM THE MENU. FROM 38,000IDR TO 43,000 IDR.

Location is just in front of the airport but the route itself need to take 15 mins from Hotel to airport.
The room is so far away from the lobby and the route is pretty confusing where I have to take 2 different lift to reach the room. The room is spacious but the bed looks like very cheap ones. Not comfort at all!
Mosquitos are annoying and the AC is hot.
The food is awful. Even for the bread taste so bad.

Best choice for vacation in Banjarbaru. Have two swimming pool area for adult ＞ 120cm and children pool area.
