Seehotel Litz

The Café was just impossible. The most unfriendly and unprofessional service I had in a very long time. High prices, mediocre quality (no sugar for the cappuccino, etc.) and on top of that horrible staff. Other clients were facing exactly the same when I was there, including weing delivery (ice coffee instead of ice cream, etc.). If you visit beautiful Langenargen, just avoid this Café.

Nasty hotel, I feel robbed. We booked a 2 night stay in what we thought was a 4 star hotel but ended up leaving after 1 night. Room was cramped and very dusty, I saw spiderwebs under the writing desk and under the bed. The bathroom was so small that an average sized adult can’t even sit straight on the toilet or take a shower without bumping their heads. The glass shower door was defective, so was the shower drain cover and the trash bin. Bathroom smelled like hot garbage. Filthy marks all over the door and sink. One hour after arrival we complained at the reception but no solutions were offered than. Receptionist acknowledged that they were aware of the problems in the bathroom but they still chose to rent out the room for a stiff 240 euro per night. Breakfast was very understaffed, and compaired to every other breakfast I have enjoyed in German hotels this was very poor. After the first night when we complained again at the reception we were offered to move to another room, but we had to pay an extra 85 euro’s because the room was more expensive. We just took our loss and left after that one night, even though we had to pay 80% for the second night. We experienced a very unsatisfying one night stay in a dirty room for 460 euro. Always read reviews before you make reservations, if I had done my homework I would have seen the tons of negative feedback for Sheisshotel Litz.

We should have been there in July 2021. Room booked and confirmed via ***********. All good, we thought. By coincidence we found out 4 days before arrival that they didn’t have room for us anyways. Not a good experience. The hotel told us *********** should have informed us. However, no information was given. No matter what, we had a booking with the hotel and they cancelled. Not easy to plan family vacation when that happens. They hoped we would come back another time. Well, I don’t think so.

Haben unseren Familienurlaub mit Hund ausgiebig genossen! Das Familienzimmer mit seitlichem Seeblick ist ein Traum, die Kinder waren begeistert vom Stockbett. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl, Außenterrasse auch mit Hund möglich. Der absolute Traum war der SPA-Bereich im Dachgeschoss mit Blick auf den See und die Berge. Personal durchweg sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Der kostenfreie Parkplatz am Ortseingang ist in 10 min Fußnähe! Langenargen hat viele tolle Restaurants und die Seepromenade ist wunderschön.

Wir haben 3 Tage im Hotel verbracht. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und für jeden etwas dabei. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich ebenso das restliche Personal. Die Lage ist hervorragend, direkt an der Promenade. Die Schiffanlegestelle und die Touristeninfo sind direkt gegenüber. Das Auto kann gegen Gebühr in der fußläufigen Tiefgarage sicher abgestellt werden.

Ungeziefer im Bad , Spinnen im Frühstücksraum , Persönliche Ansage Fehlanzeige, Badezimmer Schimmel und schwarze Fugen, Laminatboden uneben, Spartanische Einrichtung, Malerarbeiten im gesamten Haus mangelhaft und unsauber, Frühstücksraum total beengt, Hier versteht leider jemand nicht sein Handwerk

Lieux et emplacement sympa Les chambres sont belle et l’espace bien être à une superbe vu Nous avons eu un peu trop chaud dans la chambre ( pas de Clim) et celle ci sont moyennement insonorisé. Un jour pendant le petit déjeuner il y avait beaucoup de rupture. Le service bistrot/ restaurant de l’hôtel était Décevant/ lent. Nous avons trouvé trop chère l’hôtel par rapport à la qualité fournie.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, sehr liebevolle Aufnahme und Offenheit für unsere Anliegen. Was fehlt: Aufenthaltsraum. Sehr schön, aber nicht ganz billig: SUP, Velo- und Scootermiete ist möglich. Das Zimmer renoviert und neu mit Klimaanlage; die haben wir auch gebraucht bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen!

Sehr schönes Hotel, reichhaltiges, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Zimmer sehr sauber. Bei den „seitlicher Seeblick“ Zimmern ist die Dusche behindertengerecht ebenerdig begehbar. Die Zimmer sind über Aufzug erreichbar. Kurze Distanz zum Bahnhof und zum See. Freundliche, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter im gesamten Haus.
