Obsługa: Zadowoleni co minutę 👍 Przewyższyliśmy oczekiwania. Zarezerwowaliśmy domek. Kiedy się meldowaliśmy, pani w recepcji przeniosła nas do dwóch pokoi łączonych gratis z widokiem na morze! Dziękuję bardzo. Super, super! Do i z innych części hotelu kursują autobusy wahadłowe, a czas oczekiwania jest przeważnie krótki.
Czystość: Dom jest bardzo czysty.
Środowisko: Bardzo zadowolony. Mieszkając w lesie można zobaczyć morze. W nocy jest zupełnie cicho. W sypialni można uważnie słuchać. Słychać szum fal i odgłosy zwierząt. To bardzo relaksuje.
Wyposażenie: Pokój po modernizacji jest bardzo przestronny. Dostępne wszystkie kosmetyki i pasta do zębów. Jest też żelazko i suszarka do włosów. Nie przychodzi mi do głowy, żeby niczego brakowało.
Zatrzymałem się tylko na dwie noce i szkoda, że przegapiłem spacer na łonie natury. W restauracji tajskiej należy dokonać rezerwacji z jednodniowym wyprzedzeniem.Do wyboru są dwie inne restauracje i nie jest wymagana rezerwacja.

Berjaya Resort in Langkawi exceeded all expectations. The breathtaking views, luxurious accommodations, and impeccable service made for an unforgettable stay. The resort's tranquil ambiance and array of amenities provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Dining options were exquisite, offering a delightful culinary journey. Without a doubt, Berjaya Resort is a must-visit destination for anyone seeking relaxation and indulgence in paradise.

Absolutely wonderful place! The staff were so friendly and helpful as soon as we arrived. My husband was fasting for Ramadan, so they changed his breakfast to an in-room delivery for 4am for no extra charge. The hotel breakfast itself was also excellent with lots of fresh, local cuisine to try.
We stayed in the rainforest chalet - the room was really comfortable and the scenery was beautiful with lots of local wildlife. We spotted monkeys, monitor lizards. hornbills and flying lemurs while we were staying there, all in their natural habitat.
Swimming pool was also lovely and the private beach was idyllic. You can swim in the sea but they have a ‘safe section’ marked off as there can be jellyfish in the sea.
There are lots of local activities to do which the hotel can organise for you - we hired a private boat to take the mangrove tour, but there are many options and lots for kids to do too.
Highly recommend and we will return again!

My sister, myself and my 3 year old niece stayed at the Premier Seaview Chalet for 6 days and then moved to the Rainforest Chalet for another 6 days. The Rainforest chalet was further from the lobby but the resorts has cars to bring you to your chalet and the wait time was less than 2 mins. The room was smaller than the Seaview and the bathroom had a shower and not a bath but the room was slightly more modern looking. Still very clean and comfortable. The in room service was very useful to my sister and niece when my niece did not want to leave the room (haha). The pool bar staff were so nice - giving extra whipped cream to my niece to make her smile.
The resort also has a lot of excursions available - the island hopping was great. Be ready to see monkeys!! They will take your food if you leave it close to them
We had such a great and relaxing time and I really hope I get to come back some day

Good service, the place 30 minutes from jetty, resort so nice and beautiful, Beach Brazzer beautiful and foods was delicious, but Thai Restaurant foods not very nice, but the view from Thai Restaurant was so beautiful. Breakfast buffet no special, taste normal. So everything was good, good experience to me and my family too, thank you.

First time here staying in this resort with my family, we had an enjoyable and wonderful moment. The service was great, all staff are good in manners and friendly. Cleanliness of the hotel and room was awesome. Buggy service was fast and efficient, they brought us for a hotel tour too. Buffet breakfast has alot of choices. The beach is very clean, and the swimming pool is nice and big. Everything was great. Definitely will be back again next time! Will recommend to friends and relatives around us! :)
