The room smelled like mildew and even the hangers had rust on them. We were there for four days and our beds were made once during that time. We came back to the room one day and the bathroom had flooded. We used our extra towels to mop it up as it appeared the leak was from the shower curtain not being pulled over when the room was “cleaned,.” When we asked for extra towels the next day, we tried to explain where our towels went ( maid service took the wet towels and didn’t replace them.)We had to return the two towels we had in order to get replacements! The bathroom walls had caulking sloppily applied around the edges and there were candy wrappers under the vanity. At one point, our sopping wet bath mat was refolded and put over the tub instead of giving us a dry one. We came out of the elevator and the whole second floor reeked of pot smoke. The ice machine was dirty and was left empty. The breakfast selection was sp**** and not replenished during our stay. The only reason service got two stars was because Erica at the front desk was awesome. If I were just ranking her she’d get five stars. She was off for two of our days and when I explained about the towels, she made sure we had extra ones and the beds were actually made that day. The gentleman who worked the desk was beyond surly and rude. We were told they didn’t have a printer to use and two of my companions couldn’t print out their boarding passes. They were, however, able to print out our hotel bill! Hard pass!!!
