We stayed here just one night as we had a train early next morning, but we’d loved to stay here longer. The staff were so sweet and helpful, they gave us tea and generally provided great service and hospitality.
The hotel is close to the railway station and the metro so it’s also easy to get into the town.
The room was great, it was very clean and spacious.
I’d love to come back and stay here again and I’d definitely recommend Kaida Hotel to others.

They accept foreigners. It's very close to west train station. The lady at reception was very enthusiastic and willing to make our stay perfect.
! The window in the twin room is facing the corridor, so we changed for a double room without problems and got the 2d duvet.
Really nice stay taking into consideration that Lanzhou just started recovering from lock down and VERY FEW cafés were open. (We had to have lunch in 5* hotel in the center)

I stayed in this hotel just for one night. It is close to a subway station and one stop away from Lanzhou west train station, which is convenient to move. The room was small, but clean and cozy. It is worth the price.

這是住過最差的酒店，沒有之一，環境很差，進去走廊有很大異味，房間味道更大很嗆，前台説剛收拾完就會有味道，房間面積和陳設與描述圖片不符，前台説圖片是圖片，實物是實物，不符是正常的，毛巾破爛加黑，根本沒法用，要求換，結果人家説都是這樣的，最讓人受不了的是水温，開到冷水邊是燙的，開到熱水邊更燙，真是無語了，再也不見

車停在地下室-2層，前台説門禁卡衹有一張，被其他客人拿走了（不知道被誰拿走）沒辦法，人不能坐電梯下去，需要從大廳出去步行走停車場入口下到車庫，第一人走行車道很危險，第二大人小孩出來旅遊行李一大堆，拖着行李從很長一道坡走上來！前台人員站那跟停車場人員聊天，也不幫忙拿行李！手裡拿的一張藍色門禁卡，也不知道是不是門禁，故意讓我們走上去！出去回來幾趟，問前台都是沒有解決辦法！很無語的一次酒店體驗！

土門墩地鐵站出來以後朝前大約200多米就到了，高德定位有點不準。
酒店在高層樓上，蘭州的酒店普遍房間小。
衞生不錯，服務很好。
出行方便。
