The checking in part was a bit tedious and it took me around 10-15 minutes just to finish the process. The photo confirmation that needs to be sent to your really long email was very unnecessary and advise that you change that email. 😂😂 My name in my ID should be enough proof that I booked into your hotel.
The place was fine since it’s a typical hotel. The choices in the bar/resto isn’t that great and there was no cocktail options in the drinks. Upon checking out, I found out that were was a cockroach crawling on the bed where my Wife and I slept. 🥲🥲
Not the best place to stay.

위치가 좀 구석진위치에 있습니다 빌리지 안에 있고 어딜 가던 택시는 필수...호텔도 좀 오래 되었고 그냥 저냥 가성비가 좋은거 같습니다.

カードキーの不具合が多々合った。部屋は広く快適。エアコンも良くきくし静か。カウンターの係の人はとても親切丁寧な接客で好印象でした。

This place is a sad remnant of bygone days. The resort in front of it (Vistamar Resort) is the better option. The beach view is obstructed by the Vistamar. No room upkeep, no replacement of water or coffee in the room. Bad breakfast.

Beach was dirty. Room was ok but had to wait for 2 hrs to accomodate chk in as room was still being prepared though the place is not fully booked. Breakfast for just a continental option.. toasted bread omelette, had to wait for almost 2 hrs. Not recommended

All of the staff were fantastic. So friendly and helpful. The 1 bed suit with balcony was great. Used the pool with our grandchildren and that also was good. The hotel grounds are lovely and very peaceful. Would stay again.

Location is not convenient. Too far from the highway and you have nothing to do inside the village. No activities at all. The swimming pool is not usable. Indicated in our booking that it has complete amenities but they don't give the amenity kits unless you ask for it. Food is tasty and affordable. Very lutong pambahay.
