Poczucie arogancji, ale i niekompetencji widać na twarzach recepcjonistek. Czas NIE ma dla nich żadnego znaczenia. Adrian i inna partnerka na służbie: (Ale usługa BARDZO BRAKUJE w porównaniu z ich 27-letnią służbą. Szef sprzątania Vincent zrobił wszystko, co w jego mocy, aby pomóc nam wnieść bagaże do pokoju, gdy Adrian zostawił nas w strefie oczekiwania na zawsze wózek golfowy e serwis rowerowy. Giovanni, facet od wózka, jest bardzo przyjazny. Z FO i recepcjonistami - rasizm jest bardzo oczywisty. Wszyscy płacimy gośćmi i nie sądzę, aby pieniądze, które zapłaciłem 16 000 za noc, były tego warte zwłaszcza hałaśliwych gości z ich ciężkimi stopami i ciągnącymi się krzesłami.Co za strata dla tak przereklamowanego doświadczenia!

Overrated and over priced resort. It's way too hard and remote. Basic amenities like tooth brush and tooth paste , laundry bag, disposable shower cap, etc NOT included. Room only include 1 bottle of water. It's a shame that You have to buy your own water and Basic amenities. Everything is just money and chargeable! Swimming pool is big and just alright and not that great. Overall, it can be an experience. I will rate this hotel maybe a 3🌟 not 5 ⭐.

It was one of the best family get away, we love the place. It's safe to go on swimming because it's like a pool but the water is seawater. They're good is good well they have more than 2 restaurants open to choose depends on your choice. The place is clean and sooo relaxing and you can also ride bicycles it's for free for an hour, and games centers and a lot. If you like to drink they also have a place for that. We really like it there and we're planning to visit the place again with the whole family soon. I recommend this place for those who seek calmness in life hehe,

The Old Plantation Resort and Spa in Cebu offers a serene and picturesque retreat, with its lush surroundings and exemplary service making for a memorable stay. While the rooms and amenities ensure comfort, a point for enhancement would be the culinary experience, which, though decent, could reach the heights of the resort's overall excellence with some refinement.

Professional and polite staff, always helpful and predicting.
Most of the guest were Japanese and Korean, maybe a few Europeans faces (including mine). I think the hotel was almost fully booked, but there were plenty of sunbeds and space to swim or play in the water. I love the idea of having the choice of having a bath in the salty water artificial lagunas and sweet water pools/jacuzzi. There are plenty of activities places for kids but also for adults. I also very appreciate that it was quiet place, no silly music played at the swimming pool. You can really relax and “switch off”.
Food in the restaurant we tried (Route 66 and Fiji) was very good, we liked the “kielbasa” very much 😊. The portion were just right, but if you want a big meal – you need to order more.
We had the room on the ground floor facing the laguna, the room and the hotel is not new, but big, clean and took care.
The transfer from and to the airport, as well as from and to the shopping mall was very well organized and smooth. Although our flight was delayed by 2 hours, and we had no chance to contact the hotel (but they know the flight number), there was a person waiting for us at the airport to pick us up – no problem at all.
