Besides Crimson's great facilities and amenities, we love the quality of their customer service. They go above and beyond just to ensure their customers' convenience and safety. We were there during the landfall of typhoon Odette, 16 Dec 2021, and all of their staff members were always ready to assist us every time we need help or have questions. This hotel & resort is highly recommended and the staff highly commendable. 👍

The staff is really accommodating, they good food and view as well. The location of each amenities are not that far from each other so it's not exhausting to walk.
