We choose to stay in this hotel over this weekend because it is situated at really good location. it is on the main ***** and coming from airport was easy as we used public transport this time. at the hotel we were met with some really nice staff at the reception and over breakfast time.
however, cleanliness and facilities at this hotel let things down a bit. first of all we asked for double bed and we were given two single beds put together which were really uncomfortable at a time also fridge cupboard door and some *****ping in the bathroom was broken or coming off. cleanliness was not great as there were water marks on the shower and dirt on tables and hanging pictures.

免費停車場，服務很好，六樓spa很好，早餐麼因為住客太少，不能自助，衹能一份一份按人頭點，可以理解，希望酒店能堅持住營業。停業的太多了。

La femme en cuisine avec les cheveux qui lui arrive a la nuque était vraiment désagréable et extrêmement froide. Elle devrait changer de métier si elle n'aime pas servir les clients de l'hôtel.

Brak parkingu, deklarowane na stronie parking ograniczony. Hotel 5 piętrowy, po kilkanaście pokoi na piętrze i tylko 3 miejsca parkingowe? To jakiś żart!
Zaznaczam, że specjalnie szukałem hotelu z miejscem do parkowania w cenie hotelu, licząc się z wyższą ceną za pokój.

Accommodation cancelled by the hotel/******* 5 mins before I arrived. No trying to reclaim my money. Would never book through ******* again!!

Upon arriving at the hotel there was no one at the reception desk and I had to ask the barman to find the reception staff, which is very bad for a three star hotel.
Once she arrived at the reception desk, she couldn't find my booking and told me to wait, which I did for 30 minutes and then she called me over and allocated me a double room on the fourth floor.
Upon entering the room there was a king size bed and mini fridge freezer and air-conditioning, but no tea and coffee and kettle and also the TV was very small with only a few channels to watch, also the remote control for the TV didn't work too !
There was a bathtub and shower, which I was pleased about and cold running water too !
But I had a small balcony with a fantastic view of the sea and larnaca bay !
Also there was no breakfast included in the booking and it cost an additional €8
The hotel is close to the city centre, which has plenty of bars and restaurants, but I couldn't recommend this hotel due to very bad customer service !
