Mooie schone kamer met een heerlijke douche en bed. Zit boven een bar dus als je een lichte slaper bent moet je of in de bar zitten of deze kamer niet boeken🤪

Me dieron una habitación al lado de la recepción, imposible descansar.Tuve que salir tres veces a decirle al encargado (de seguridad) que bajase el volumen.No pude dormir hasta que se fue(3pm).Al día siguiente me cambiaron de habitación,aún así la insonorizado del hotel deja mucho que desear.No volvería.

Room doesn't offer privary. Pretty small for the price we pay. The staff is ok. But one thing to be aware is that the place is just above the restaurants where people tend to stay upto late in the night and so can be noisy. The check out time is 11 AM, an hour earlier than what most other hotels provide. The location of the hotel is the best part, close to the beach and with plenty of food options. The hotel provides a breakfast option, but it is not within the hotel premises. It is on a lane just behind the hotel and is not the most convenient place plus with very limited food options, unlike a buffet breakfast provided by the bigger hotels.

Just back from a weeks stay at the wonderful Acuario Hotel. Entrance is on Calle General Vives and quite secluded too. I do think though, that the hotel would be better served by an entrance on Parque de Santa Catalina. It’s pedestrianized and near to many Restaurants and Bars. Hotel Acuario was recently refurbished (2016/17) and it looks great. Rooms are big and airy with large windows and for us there was also a huge King size bed which was so comfortable. There are tea and coffee making facilities as well as a small fridge and two good sized wine glasses. The hotel is very centrally situated. The sea front is about 10mins away and great for an early morning stroll or an after dinner walk to work off all the calories consumed. The staff are very friendly and professional and also very accommodating. Nothing was ever too much to ask and that is always reassuring. To José and the team thank you all very much. Nos volveremos. The location is good but the room is just OK given we upgraded to suite with a Roof Terrace. Room and accommodation very clean. The space was acceptable but not a suite. The terrace was nice but no cushions as featured in pictures. There are very few UK reviews despite the hotel being featured in TUI, so hope this info answered some of the questions we had, The breakfast included was in the park below in a cafe . It was basic to say the least , although nice. A coffee, a glass of orange, a piece of fruit and croissant. There is some photos on trip advisor of breakfast but these are out of date and the cafe providing breakfast has now changed. Water temp in shower is changeable. No English speaking TV at all not even BBC world news. No English/ black tea in rooms so take some tea bags if you enjoy a cup. Wi fi good and air conditioning. The location is what makes the hotel, alongside clean and secure accommodation. Don’t expect the usual hotel it does not have a reception. The entrance is a back street but don’t be put off. Our room was quiet but on the 3rd floor. Las Palmas itself is nice for maybe 3 or 4 days. We stayed 7 and it was too long. A plus is there is a hop on hop off bus in the square about 50 m away that you can get to Veguetta. There is lots of restaurants in the square with nice quality food and good value drinks. If your turn right out of entrance and next left you will find a selection of nice tapa bars within 50 meters. beach a short distance too and a nice walk from one end to the other. The cruise port can be seen from park view terraces and provided an ever changing view of cruise ships

Pessima esperienza. Si chiama Hotel ma di Hotel non ha proprio nulla. È un piccolo palazzo che ha delle stanze , dove si entra con codice. Abbiano prenotato in coppia per una settimana con mezza pensione. Non fatelo. Le stanze tutto sommato sono carine, ma le foto mostrate sui social (anche delle standard) sono solo le superior. Le Standard hanno tutte i letti matrimoniali divisi in due singoli. Scomodo per le coppie. Ma la cosa che mi ha fatto più vomitare di questa vacanza è stata la sporcizia. È veramente un qualcosa di scandaloso, capelli di altra gente ovunque, copriletti macchiati, se dai uno sguardo sotto il letto c’è un tappeto di povere, lavello sporco, non ti cambiano gli asciugamani, non c’è il sapone per le mani. Vomitevole! C’è una donna delle pulizie giovane e con i capelli corti che fa tutto tranne il suo lavoro, mettete le cose in cassaforte che ci son sparite delle cose e son sicura sia stata lei. Servizio pietoso, una sera sfortunatamente il mio compagno ha battuto la testa forte contro la finestra (ore 00:30) , abbiamo chiesto in reception del ghiaccio, non avevano neanche quello istantaneo. (Tecnicamente è obbligatorio tenere un kit del pronto soccorso ma non lo avevano). Tra l’altro il ragazzo in reception se ne è fregato alla grande e ci ha congedato frettolosamente senza chiedere neanche come stava. Cose da folli. Son dovuta uscire in strada da sola a comprare del giaccio senza neanche che il ragazzo fosse riuscito a darmi un indicazione (ma non abita lì?). Il giorno parlando della sporcizia e dell’accaduto al superiore ha fatto la gentilezza di spostarci in una Superior, ma anche questa era completamente sporca, piena zeppa di capelli e peli di altra gente e sinceramente non sono abituata a vivere nel lerciume, quindi l’ho riferito nuovamente al titolare che ha richiamato la donna delle pulizie facendole vedere le evidenti state precarie della stanza. Solitamente non sono una cacaca***zi , ma veramente mi ha fatto schifo e non potevo fare altrimenti. In tutti ciò, la mezza pensione è stato uno schifo totale. Vi ho detto che non essendo un hotel non può avere una cucina, quindi è collegato ad un ristorante lì vicino dove vi sentirete trattati come clienti di serie C, non B. Ogni giorno a colazione e cena le solite 3 cose da scegliere. Un antipasto scadente, Di pesce, solo ed esclusivamente Salmone congelato (agli altri clienti fanno tutto ciò che vogliono), pollo grigliato, carbonara con la panna ( o altri 2/3 tipi di pasta diversi) e la pizza. Io di sera non mangio carboidrati quindi o prendevo il pollo (che a me non piace) o il salmone congelato. 7 giorni di Salmone congelato ?!?! Veramente pessimi! Di dolce o una mousse al cioccolato pesantissima o due palline di gelato alla vaniglia , altrimenti la frutta (hanno solo ed esclusivamente kiwi e banane) nauseante. Devo dire esperienza davvero pessima, non ci tornerò mai più. Spero non facciate anche voi questo errore. E a mai più rivederci a quella donna delle pulizie

Nos encontramos que el inodoro de la habitación pedia agua y toda la noche haciendo ruido muy molestoso y incómodo no descansmos nada, las cortinas manchadas aparentemente de sangre pero nos dicen que era pintura que las mandan a limpiar pero que no salen, una imagen horrorosa, y para rematar cucarachas en la habitación, por parte de la dirección ninguna disculpa ni aún a día de hoy una llamada para mínimo pedir unas disculpas, en fin muy mala experiencias

La moqueta de todo el hotel muy sucia. La habitación sucia debajo de la cama. La puerta de entrada hinchada que costaba abrirla. Sin nevera y el secador horroroso tan poca fuerza que ni secaba el pelo. Para finalizar decir que hay cucarachas en las habitaciones. No tienen parking ni concierto con ninguno. No tiene recepción 24 horas. Pasé dos noches y me cambié de hotel. Los recepcionistas son muy amables, lo único que tiene de bueno ese hotel. No volvería ni lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Die Lage zum Cruiseterminal ist sehr gut. Die Suite hatte eine Dachterrasse mit toller Aussicht! Ideal um hier ein paar Tage vor der Kreuzfahrt zu verbringen. Auch der Strand ist sehr nah und es gibt viele Restaurants/Bars und Shops im Umfeld. Die vermittellte Taxe hat uns pünktlich am Flughafen abgeholt. Wir werden gerne erneut buchen!
