Lovely hotel where you can relax and unwind. Staff very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Very clean.

Fantastic historical hotel with beautiful garden.
The room was very nice and clean.
Downside was the experience at the lobby bar.
We ordered a couple of sandwiches which was absolutely not eatable. The French fries was raw. Made us feel sick and uncomfortable. We gave this feedback to the waiter but he didn't care and we had to pay it all. Big minus.

The Hotel and services impress you just from the beginning of your stay. Everything is perfect. Comfortable beds and pillows, that is important after the long walks in the city. Hotel situated in the middle of the city and you can walk to the old part of the city and to Las Canteras area.. Very good breakfast with the exceptional quality products. Beautiful park around. We love it! Very kind and professional stuff. We will return and we will repeat our experience in this hotel!

Staff were so so lovely and so so helpful!! The bar men, Pavlo and his team were just so amazing. Everybody was always willing to help! We would've loved more modern rooms, but nonetheless, everything was beautiful and the food?!? yes.

The hotel is very nice, very beautiful. The rooms are also pretty and chill. The only thing that is quite disappointing is that they had renovations work right in front of my balcony which made it impossible to relax in the midday. They never told about this in advance nor they said sorry for the situation. The rest was very nice

We went to this hotel for my birthday and had a fabulous time. The hotel is huge, clean and has excellent service throughout. From the moment you step in they are incredibly helpful and attentive. It’s absolutely fantastic.
It’s easy to get to the city centre from the hotel via bus/taxi/walking but there are also some nice nearby local restaurants and two fantastic Michelin restaurants in the hotel.
The pools/gym are very good and maintained very well. Also had a massage that was excellent. The bars/drinks are made very well too.
All the staff were great, especially Paula (I believe her name is) at the desk. She is super! She gave us lots of fantastic recommendations and arranged a surprise for my birthday!
