Amazing hotel, I stayed for two days. Nice hotel, for a good price. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. Would recommend it.

Un hotel perfecto, en el corazón de la ciudad. El único detalle negativo es que la hora de entrada es demasiado tarde a las 14:00 y si tienes una cita es una desventaja. Ahora muchos hoteles trabajan así, pero no lo veo bien.

Great hotel in center town, stuff super friendly, very clean, confortable beds and bar with good menu.My favourite hotel in las palmas, is not a big one but has everything,the best beach in the city is 15 minutes walking,the main market is just in front

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, the reception staff were exceptional nothing was too much trouble, the rooms are very nice and clean and also a lovely sun terrace. Breakfast is also very nice and they cook your own breakfast choice ,24 hrs. tea and coffee

We rented the junior suite. It is ok apart frim the toilet. The staff is hardly understanding English. And they don’t react on questions. At the last dat we had a leakage .. Sometimes they clean with smelling chemicals and forget to change towels..

The hotel is downtown and is very clean with beautiful rooms. The room was very big and beautiful decorating. The staff was very professional and kind. Breakfast was really good with a lot of choices. An excellent choice for business trip 😊🤠

Liked the modern room and quirky shower!
Staff were pleasant, breakfast was good. Due to cancelled flight there was quick availability.
Disliked the lifts weren’t up to standard and the fact I got soaked in the night in bed due to a leak in the roof all we got was an apology with no compensation offered.

Well located, good breakfast and a decent room. The food coupons gives the guests 5 options in restaurants in the area. I tried 2 options and both restaurants were good. The hotel breakfast was nice too.
