The staff at the pool were extremely rude and unhelpful
We were treated very poorly and even though we were paying hotel guests we were denied chairs by the pool as they allowed others from outside of the hotel to reserve chairs without paying and therefore they had no space for actual hotel guests
When we inquired about it the staff basically told us it was just too bad and maybe we should have paid to reserve our own !!! After paying so much for rooms it was astonishing to me

Durango was amazing from staff to amenities at the ******/resort. I plan to stay there on future trips to Vegas.

This property is great being new , modern , well maintained and clean. Staff are very friendly too. Abundance of free parking and easy in and out . Many dining choices also .

Nicest room I have stayed at in Las Vegas. Just far enough off the ***** to get away from the traffic and chaos but super easy access to Allegiant Stadium.

Beautiful property, very nice rooms. I was only there for one night. The staff (valet, front desk, cleaning crew) were excellent.
The internet in both my room my daughters’ room was not working. I don’t know why we had problems connecting but I couldn’t access photos from my mother’s 90th birthday party to send to other family members. I was able to send them when I accessed the internet from the hotel WiFi in the lobby.
I will return to this property.

Condition of the room was NEW. The beds were really comfortable. Staff we met were friendly and helpful. Although, restaurants and snacks are expensive in the resort.
