Not all the room have the cordless charger , our bathroom door was a pain to open and closed it was not a-line correctly, no grease on rollers to make it a bit easy. On our fourth night we decided to stay a few more night, requesting full service early morning so it would be noted , I walked in at 4pm from work tired and hungry and a lady has started , but what happen to the room mate was out of this world. Spoke with /housekeeper he asked who was assigned to our room ta white female said she was , he left to give space when he got back the room was not in shape and sho was bo

There are many deficiencies with this property.
They don’t have housekeeping available unless you stay for more than 5 days. The staff is not friendly and helpful. They charged me for parking in an area that has plenty of parking. I did not see security on property. I was told they had security. I

TV was broken. Put a request in for it to be fixed - it was not fixed 24hrs after the request. Hotel was dirty. Sheets were scratchy and loud.

I do not recommend this location. While the staff was friendly the actual property was mediocre at best. My room smelled like someone was hiding a pound of **** in the mattress and I woke up in the morning with some sort of bug bites on my foot.

We’ve stayed several times at this property.
Our stay this time was miserable, the bed was the worst we’ve ever slept on.
It was very dirty and unkempt.
The staff is friendly.

We stayed here about 8 months ago and they did not have breakfast since the kitchen are was being remodeled. We came to stay here again and they tell us the same thing. It takes 8 months to remodel a kitchen?????Will not be staying here again. Not the best place to stay. Behind the hotel is a homeless camp so be careful.

Staff at desk very unprofessional COULDNT use the shower full of hair no one came to clean it I talked with them 3times

We were told we requested a roll in shower (which we did not) and when we took a shower water got everywhere. It was even leaked out onto the carpet. I asked if there was another room that we could move to, we were told they were fully booked. I called the front desk a second time to ask for extra towels to try and stop the water. When the front desk guy answered the phone he said “hello again, what do you need?”
Also we were not informed before our stay that the restaurant was closed for renovations. That would have been nice to know.
