Good free garage valet parking but a little inconvenient when you forget something in the car after you check in. Laundry is available as long as you have own or buy some detergent nearby. It’s clean but you have to stay longer. Ask the counter or text and quick responses. A few minutes walk indoors to get monorail. Pools of Tower 2/3 seems bigger and better than tower 1. Full of utensils, cookware… a little small refrigerator. Short walk to Target, Walgreens. Quiet and comfortable. Seems no room service without requesting. Anyway a very good stay.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The view from our room was a 10/10. All the employees at the property were very kind and helpful. The MGM ****** and the MGM Grand pool were only a 10 minute indoor walk from our room. The room we booked was privately owned so we had to go through a 3rd party to get more towels. It wasn’t a big issue though because they answered pretty quickly and they were able to accommodate our request. The only issue we had was that the room wasn’t too clean when we arrived. I suggest that the carpet be cleaned and that the third party crew in charge of cleaning the room take a little more time cleaning all the surfaces of the room.

Lots of plumbing issues that I didn’t want to have to deal with while on vacation. They refused to move us to another room. Also noisy at night a few times. Doors don’t block noise.

Great stay in a great suite. The ability to book a good room with refrigeration, a stove top, toaster, microwave, and dishes made an economical stay possible once groceries were discovered (tough find by the *****). Provide more regular coffee, four night stay and 2 decaf 2 regular are the option? Figure it out. I left simple salt and pepper behind for the next guests, hope those stick around. Pools seemed under-inviting but I guess I wasn't super committed. Would stay again.

Great that you have a blender and cooking facilities. Room was a little dated with broken plug socket, safe, lampshade and extractor fan. The location is good and the room price is very reasonable. I would definitely come back here again but hope for better communication and a better room.

Great clean accommodation. Lots of space , nice furniture, comfortable large bed.
The kitchen needs better utensils, No drying towels, bowls, proper mugs, teapot , cutting knifes and boards , bigger pots and proper pan.
