Lady didn’t even know how to log in the system or check me in and took almost 45 minutes at midnight.

They were having a maintenance issue when I was there causing the fire alarms in the hallways to beep which I could hear in my room, they were trying to get it fixed. I didn't care for the fact that I had to request a coffee maker for my room (or dishes or pots). And that their "breakfast included" was a small, prepackaged muffin and coffee or hot water for tea... not even a hot cocoa option. However, the staff I did come in contact with were pleasant and professional.

Poor service. Light bulbs out, couldn’t get a hot shower, the kitchen faucet leaked, elevator was dirty….

Please don’t stay here !!! Specially if you have kids it is not safe. Towels were not refreshed when we checked in, beds sheets weren’t changed . Very dirty.

Lots of available parking if driving a rental car and the city bus runs right next to the property. A couple of food places are near by and hospital directly across the highway.

The Extended Stay America on Maryland Parkway is a no-frills hotel that is conveniently located near Sunrise Hospital. Even though the hotel is in not one of the safest places in Las Vegas, I felt comfortable and safe at this property.
