The hotel is good, but it doesn't have a coffee maker because they don't have coffee in the hotel, I had to ask for sheets for the sofa bed, there was no coffee in the room, no cutlery, nothing, and the breakfast has nothing, just coffee with some protein bars The truth for me is not to rent this hotel

Had to change rooms 3 times. first 2 rooms were dirty and broken drapes and stained sheets.

The worst stay ever! The room was dirty, it wasn't what I booked. Bed was worse then sleeping on the floor, the air unit was horrible. We found dirty socks in the room and the floor was dirty.

Dirt under the bed, matrices and pillows uncomfortable. Drawer broken in bedroom, no ice machine, vending machines only at front desk, no blow drier in room. Empty cupboards no cups coffee in room, tv's not working, remotes not working, holes in doors in bathroom,

Check in was great. Entry to room, door was difficult (door handle lock is messed up). There was no trash can in the room which was really annoying. Sink and tub was dirty. Tub wouldn't drain properly. And there was huge miscommunication with that crew. Cleaning lady barged in on my wife and i. It was so embarrassing. She said that her paper work showed that the room was vacant already.

You get what you pay for. Breakfast is a muffin with some oatmeal and coffee or teas. Room was ok, bathroom was dirty. There was only a bedsheet and thin blanket for the bed. There was a constant popping noise in the ceiling, staff was aware and said it was due to colder temps affecting the hotel pipes. There was a dying cockroach on the floor too. If you’re trying to avoid paying for an overpriced hotel on the ***** that’s within walking distance of the *****, this is your no nonsense hotel.

Good customer service but the room was run down. There was a literal hole in the top of the dresser and a drawer that wouldn’t open. The outlet in the vanity did not work at all, which made styling my hair much harder. The bed was comfortable, and we didn’t have any problems with loud guests, so that was a plus.

Very noisy, missed out on a couple of hours of sleep every night due noise in the hotel. Made it hard to enjoy my time, and kept me from properly recovering from activities. Will not consider Extended Stay for future trips.
