晚上到酒店，前台一個非裔女性幫我半入住，多收了我USD150現金按金，到店付費部分也多收了。
2天後我向前台其他人投訴，退還我60多。
説實話，我怕把那女的惹毛了，誰知道她有沒有槍呢，衹能自認倒黴。
我訂的房間是低價房，非常臟，看樣子很久沒打掃了，地上還有不知什麼時候客人留下的糖，用品也是看人家心情，有時給有時不給。
第一天晚上，衹有兩條大毛巾，小毛巾完全沒有，接下來兩天沒有換毛巾，沒有打掃，反覆打電話給前台，才勉強送來了。
總之，安全第一，其他儘量將就吧。

This place is hilarious, old school, and way better than most of the other options in the area. If you want a smoking room, be prepared for loud, abrasive outdoor "motel" style accomodation. If you stay in the main area, the rooms are great!

Great value for money. We stayed in the cheapest room in pavilion part - pretty much motel style. Super nice staff & a free beer and play in the ******. Very close to Fremont Street Experience. The area seems a bit shady at night, but that’s just Las Vegas I guess.

Due to miscommunication between the hotel and the app I was unable to stay at this location. Would not recommend El Cortez because they did nothing to help the situation.
