房間有異味。床單被套睡覺全身癢不舒服，半夜噪音很大是我住過的最差酒店。提前離店扣了一晚的房費。退房時保温杯，一瓶新的洗髮水丟在房間裏。之後致電詢問説沒有了。這種服務實在是太差了吧！

The location is good for access to Summerlin, they allow pets, parking is good, and the overall property is fine. The staff was very nice and tried to be accommodating. Unfortunately, the room was not very clean.

We had a wonderful experience. The check in person provided excellent customer service with a delightful cheerful attitude! She showed us a "Beta Fish" that may be rented to accompany the guests. A huge choice of snack options were available. Parking was very convenient and included, along with a full Breakfast. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Would definitely choose this hotel again!

The property was ok for what I needed, but is dated and could use some updates. Staff was excellent though!

Overall this was a great property with friendly and helpful front desk. The room was spacious but seemed like it had not been swept, the tile was a bit dirty with hair.

This review is for room 210. A king suite. As soon as I entered the room you could tell they were attempting to cover the smell of past cigarette smoke in the room. Not overwhelming but the smell was there. I think the thing that annoyed me the most about my room was having a kitchenette with absolutely no tableware, utensils, pots/pans. What is the point of that???? I did appreciate the full size fridge/freezer with ice maker.

Expected more for the price and images. The bathroom looked old, specially the bathtub, made squeaky noise with every movement.
The hallways and elevator are in need of a renovation.

Our stay was great and the food around the area, walking distance from the hotel was the best.. I was very surprised at how well put the space was… would definitely recommend the stay here.
