Luxor Hotel & Casino

Luxor jest dobry, ale mógłby być o wiele lepszy. Koszty „opłaty klimatycznej” przewyższają udogodnienia. A powolna reakcja recepcji była niepokojąca.

Ogromny hotel. Kolejka przy odprawie trwała około 30 minut. Pokój na 8. piętrze w piramidzie. Pokój był trochę przestarzały, ale był czysty i wygodne łóżka. Prysznic był jednym z najpotężniejszych, jakie kiedykolwiek spotkałem w hotelu. Dobry pobyt, szczególnie za zapłacone pieniądze (plus opłata klimatyczna).

Niesamowicie byłoby zatrzymać się w Luxorze w latach 80., kiedy został zbudowany. Widać już swoje lata, ale nadal fajnie jest pozostać w piramidzie. Trochę daleko od centrum *****, więc prawdopodobnie zaoszczędzisz pieniądze, pozostając bliżej, jeśli planujesz skorzystać z Ubera. Powiedziawszy to, pokój był czysty, łóżko było wygodne i wszystkie udogodnienia działały. Ograniczone opcje jedzenia później w nocy. Jeśli możesz dostać dobrą cenę i jest blisko miejsca, w którym chcesz być, warto.

Świetna okazja! Ładne i wygodne miejsce na pobyt. Bardzo fajny projekt hotelu, z którego można podziwiać widok na skałę z wysokości swojego pokoju

The older part of the ****** (the Pyramid) my room was a bit tired and dated. Also stayed in the newer part outside of the Pyramid and room was much nicer and fresher. Some staff were amazing and some were terrible but I guess that’s hospitality for you. Would I stay again? Maybe, maybe not but probably based on location more than anything else. Would aim for mid ***** next time.

The check in process was quick and even though the hotel is huge there are plenty of signs to find your way to the right elevators and get to your room. The room was really nice, clean and the beds were comfortable. However when we went to use the shower as soon as I touched the handle it broke so I suspect the previous occupants broke it and just placed it back together. I called the front desk right away and they said someone would be right up .... we waited about half hour and then called again and spoke to someone else who said the carpenters dont work at night so no one was coming and they will fix it the next day... we were only staying the one night and she said not to worry when we checkout we wont be charged for it, but it was annoying having a broken shower handle and having to wait around for someone that obviously was never coming. Also I am still waiting for my deposit to be released so hoping they havent now charged me for what was already broken. We enjoyed the ****** and food options in the Luxor. But when we checked out the next morning they said they would help us out with some vouchers and they sold us on discounted tickets to see cirqu du solei. After we paid for the tickets we were told we would receive an extra discount/partial refund and have to pick up the tickets by going to another location and listening to a presentation. He told us not to answer any questions to make it as quick as possible so should only take an hour. I admit we thought this was strange but he told us the hotel had opened a new resort and this wad just there way of trying to get everyone to see it and hope they will stay in the new resort in the future. So we got an uber to the place and it seemed dodgy, the staff ushered us in and gave us a form to complete, I refused to tell them how much we earned and they didnt like that. So after another lady came over and tried to convince us to tell them they accepted we wouldnt tell them but they said they wouldnt give us the presentation or our gifts because of it. We filled in another form or declaration and managed to get our money back but the whole experience was horrible and was a huge scam. 100% avoid any vouchers or discounts as the hotel staff are just trying to hustle you and get all your information, it is a pyramid scheme trying to sell time shares and we were lucky we got out of it, although it was not an enjoyable part of our holiday and the uber ride there and back was a waste of money. I wouldnt stay here again. There are nicer hotels and resorts all along the ***** that are in better locations.

Typical Vegas Style ****** resort - Pyramid/Egypt themed. Got upgraded which was a plus and room was a corner suite which was spacious. Great food options and pool was closed since it was winter. The good: Price point is favorable and resort fee plus parking is standard if Vegas. Location was end of the south ***** and great access to tram and Las Vegas Blvd The bad: Check in was long as there was a long line and not enough staff. Elevators were slow and 2 were not working so long wait. Rooms were a bit dates but ok for price.

Clean. Basic amenities. Wifi.shower. baggage hold. Charges a secret additional 50 per night even after prepay in secret service fees. Assume a 145-160 per night stay regardless of low price listing. They also charge you 125 in damage insurance that they refund after stay...

Everything is good except for long queue during check-in.
