The Cliffs at Peace Canyon

We were overall quite happy (couple with 2 young kids). Lots of amenities (nice pool/hot tub) and a good location with nearby shopping and groceries. For quibbles: could use a little TLC (kitchen faucet loose, ice maker non-functioning, some stains on the couch). Overall, would recommend.

When checking in, I was asked for a credit card/credit hold, for incidentals and possible resort fees. Just like a normal hotel would require upon check in. When checking out, I asked for a final bill, to make sure I didn’t have any additional charges placed on my credit card. I was informed that I couldn’t receive a final bill because I had booked my reservation through ******* and everything was pre-paid. Then why the whole credit card hold???? Other than that, great!!

My wife and I booked this place for a two night stay in Las Vegas. The price was reasonable and the location on the west side was good because my wife wanted to explore Red Rock. The room was nice and very clean as were the grounds. The issue that I have with the property was the time share ambush during check in. After the initial room check in we were directed to another counter to get our parking pass. This is where we were confronted with the high pressure sale pitch from the time share employee. I believe this sort of thing should be made clear when booking a room. There is, of course, no obligation to accept the invitation to view their time share property, I still find it extremely annoying. So anyone looking to book here be aware you will be force to endure their sales pitch.

This place is a little gem in the middle of a residential area that a lot of people don't know about! If you aren't snobby about having everything super high quality and need an affordable place to stay that is quiet and away from the Strip...yet still have quick access to the Strip...this place is a great option. The apartment I got was a little on the older side, had a stained tub, the water flow was very weak, the iron and ironing board were a bit dusty and dirty, and it didn't have bar/counter stools. But it had a huge closet, sizeable bathroom, full kitchen, big living room, and blackout curtains. It's no Wynn/Encore, but it was very quiet (which is exactly what I wanted), had a full size washer/dryer, plenty of towels (including pool towels), and I was situated within a very short walking distance of the fitness center and pool. I always bring flip flops for hotel showers anyway, so I got over it. Also - the people at the front desk are LOVELY - very nice people! I'd stay again if I needed a place for more than 2 days, as it's a really great value and still close to everything.

A quiet, well-maintained oasis of calm if you are looking to visit Vegas (I come to play golf not gamble) but don’t want the cost, noise and hassle of ***** accommodation. Felt safe, guests were friendly and well behaved, staff was efficient and unobtrusive. Designated parking, clean pool and spa. Units are spacious, and well maintained but not over the top. Ticked all my boxes for a weeks stay; close to good golf, places to shop and eat, and one minute from 215 freeway. Best stay I’ve had in Vegas.

The place was nice and clean . Needs new curtains there was place you could see in at night and I didn’t feel comfortable how people could see in through door and windows

I enjoy having a quiet place off the ***** to go to at night. The pool and bbq area was amazing.

I gave 5 ⭐️ because is one the best resorts in the area. This is our 2nd time here. However, the only thing I have to say is the front Desk clerk was not welcoming. And our bathroom knob didn’t work properly. Didn’t bother me at all but I know this may be a problem for some people. Other than that, I love this place We'll return soon
