Dostajemy ofertę kup jedną noc i jedną noc za darmo na 2 pokoje. Trip. com powiedział, że muszę zapłacić tylko opłatę za korzystanie z udogodnień za 1 pokój na 2 noce. Jednak kiedy się zameldowałem, recepcja powiedziała, że muszę też zapłacić za drugi pokój - czyli łącznie 88,44 USD
2 pokoje typu queen są dobre, ale łóżka nie są bardzo twarde. Blisko Mirage, aby oglądać pokazy wulkanów w nocy.

The bathroom was very dirty, the toilet and bathtub had ********** on them and also was not wiped. There also was food left in the refrigerator as well. They did take off $50 for the resort fee, but did not want to give us a new room .

Excellent location! Chose this hotel as it was one of the dropoff location for airport shuttles and Grand Canyon tour 👍
Beside Mirage and opp Venetian. So convenient!
Paid extra for a room with ***** view. Checked in and realised the view was blocked by the advertisement banner (refer pic 2) even though the checkin staff told us our room had a fantastic view. 😓 Was quite upset and husband suggested changing room. So i called reception and they told us to head down for a room change. Showed them the blocked view (refer pic 1) and they changed the room immediately 👏
Room was clean with dated furnishings. Bathroom slippers not provided so pls bring your own.

Location is good for both walking and driving. Especially car entrance is located on the side as well so you can escape the traffic jam on *****.
There some smells maybe detergent they use to clean the carpet was not comfortable. Will get used to it in 5-10 minutes.
Quick for Valet parking. Staffs are nice and quick.

The valet and bell hop service was spot on! Parking and luggage was not even a problem. Check in was fast and easy. Even though we booked separately from our cousins, they put us on the same floor close to each other. No problems with the room at all, we had a decent view of the *****. Every place we ate there was good.
We hadn’t been to Las Vegas in a few years but we will definitely return and stay at the TI. We all had a great time and would recommend it to everyone!

First there is less amenities and second day, they just added. Someone might forget to put it.
Since hotel is quite old and some carpet smell is appeared.
Location is good.

First time at the Cromwell was great. Room was clean and nice although a bit small. Location of hotel was in the middle of the *****, close to lots of restaurants and clubs. Unfortunately the pool was closed due to the season. Check-in and Check Out was smooth with excellent service.

Bad stench , no hot water for tea or coffee. Simply so consideration for visitors who need to have something warm to drink in the morning and middle of the night. Just ridiculous : my last time to stay here , never again
