Overall experience was ok. The lobby was beautiful, there was no odor of smoke, and everyone was very nice. However on the first two days, the TV and internet wasn’t working. I called to have someone come fix our TV, but no one ever came. Then we figured out that the network wasn’t working however we weren’t notified about it. The pillows were awful. I had to fold them in half in order for it to have some type of firmness. Even using the extra pillows didn’t help either. One side of the bed was saggy. One of the bed side table lamp kept flickering on/off the entire time. The shower didn’t drain the water while using. The hallways wasn’t really clean either. There was dust balls on the ground.

Spacious and relaxing rooms. No smoking property was perfect for us. Everyone was friendly and professional. The only con was I could hear car and train sounds even though I was on the top floors.
I would definitely return in the future.

Great experience. Clean rooms & good service 24/7.
I appreciate the size of the rooms & suites here and the lobby without ****** makes the ground floor quiet and fancy.
I stay here every year !
