One thing we did jot realize is that there was no elevator or mini fridge in the room. For this reason I take away a star but the professionalism of abdel and Nahia was excellent. Abdel was so warm and helpful with everything from late check in. We were able to find a place for our baby’s bottles. I think they put us on the second floor to avoid the noise of people coming and going, but two flights of stairs with the baby was a bit much. That said we cannot complain about noise. The room concept with the ladder and extra bunk that is big and spacious was excellent for the teenager in our party and there was enough space on the “main floor” for the travel crib beside the bed. Everything was clean and it was a good stop very close to the highway to continue on our journey. Loved that the parking had enclosed gate, which made us feel safer.

I was here last night to break a long journey. Apart from the fact that it is slightly hidden away in an industrial estate it was very good. I parked immediately outside reception but could have parked underground which was also free. There is some work going on outside the restaurant but it's not noisy and the restaurant is still open. One thing we did jot realize is that there was no elevator or mini fridge in the room. For this reason I take away a star but the professionalism of abdel and Nahia was excellent. Abdel was so warm and helpful with everything from late check in. We were able to find a place for our baby’s bottles. I think they put us on the second floor to avoid the noise of people coming and going, but two flights of stairs with the baby was a bit much. That said we cannot complain about noise. The room concept with the ladder and extra bunk that is big and spacious was excellent for the teenager in our party and there was enough space on the “main floor” for the travel crib beside the bed. Everything was clean and it was a good stop very close to the highway to continue on our journey. Loved that the parking had enclosed gate, which made us feel safer.
