Toute la nuit nous avons entendu des voitures faire la course ce qui n'est pas reposant du tout ! Il manque des équipements comme une deuxième mini table de nuit afin que le autre personne puisse au moins poser ses affaires.

We stay at the Laval Campanile every year and take two rooms. This year (2021) was not good at all. The Hotel has gone downhill and it seems that the management just dont care. The rooms did not have wifi and in one of the rooms the TV did not work. The grounds were unkempt and scruffy. The grass had not been cut. All in all the hotel is NOT to be recommended and we stay elsewhere next year

C'est la 2ème fois que je séjourne à cet hôtel. on y mange bien, et le personnel est vraiment sympathique, attentionné et bienveillant. Un clin d'oeil en particulier à Hiba pour son sourire et sa très grande gentillesse, mais aussi à Pierre.

Ayant réservé une chambre avec lit double, vous avez 2 lits simples collés pour faire illusion.
On ne vous propose même pas de manger au restaurant de l'hôtel. Le lendemain on ne s'inquiète pas de votre séjour. La robinetterie de la douche fonctionne mal. Seul point positif, environnement peu bruyant

Agréable séjour de deux nuit du 12 au 14 décembre 2023. personnel bienveillant et très à l'écoute, notamment face aux personnes en situation de handicap qu'ils savent très bien gérer. Je garderai un excellent souvenir de Dahlia, souriante et toujours très disponible, mais aussi de Céline, pour ne pas faire de jaloux. D'autant que j'y retourne en janvier prochain!

Super receptioniste a notre arrivee le jeudi 15. Elle etait gentille a l'ecoute etc etc! En fait sa collegue du samedi et dimanche 17 et 18 Juin pareil!!

Pas de restauration pour le soir par manque de personnel. Une seule personne pour gérer l'établissement. Pas moyen d'avoir une facture. Accueil plutôt froid...
C'est la crise...
L'hôtel mérite une bonne rénovation, c'est très moyen intérieur et extérieur..
