At 9 am it sounded like we were at an amusement park people running down the hallways screaming cleaning people don’t care to make noise and be aware that people are sleeping around them
The lights in the room kept flickering on and off
And the bathtub didn’t work and was dirty

Love the walk-in shower. Rain, wand & jets. Ambiance lighting.
Comfortable.
Kurig machine I couldn't get it to work.
No microwave.
Very clean room.
Definitely recommend.

It’s a hotel and motel which is confusing, no lights on in the parking lot at night. Beds are small and extremely hard. Do not order from Pizza Hut - the menus in the lobby do not deliver. Just a waste of money and time

The room is very basic, didn't even have a closet to hang your clothes.
My room was on the main floor, near the exit, killed 3 bugs first night.
Parking lot and hallways too busy and messy.
Bathroom, too small, no shelf, no room even to put your cosmetics bag.

Complete rip off! Smallest ‘hotel room’ I have ever seen. No decor what so ever. Bare walls, no lighting. Room did not look anything like what is depicted in the photos. Asked for extra bedding, never got it. Total waste of money! Stay away at all costs!!!!

We booked to stay at this hotel for 4 nights. We were given a paper that told us we would have to register to have our room cleaned and be supplied with fresh towels if we wanted that. We registered for this service but only received fresh towels once when we complained and never had any new towels or our bed made and room cleaned even once. When I complained to the person on reception the night before we were leaving his comment was "Oh well". Not even an apology. I would never recommend a hotel when you don't get what you pay for, have to stay in a room that isn't cleaned and then have rude staff on top of it.

A 150 deposit was required, but the room had very little amenities, very average. Area surrounding hotel looked poor, so we were concerned about the parking in front. Maybe security was needed to make guests feel safe
