Stayed here for one night as part of a group. The room was very nice but the air con was on so high that it was freezing. The bed was very comfortable but hot and the sheet slipped because of the waterproof cover underneath. Why is that necessary? The bathroom was good and the shower was efficient. Breakfast was good with lots of choice and it was great to get fruit. However we were not made welcome in the restaurant in the evening. We were a group of 4 and we were told that as we were part of the group from the bus we could not have a meal and could only order a pizza and take it to our room. I do not like food in my room and I was eating with friends as we were all in different rooms. Eventually we were told we could eat it in the restaurant but we’d have to order it from the bar. So we went to the bar and waited for 10 minutes then we were told to go back to the table and they’d serve us. We were served eventually then waited for ages for the pizza and after all that it was quite disappointing. They also ran out of Coca Cola Zero. The most annoying thing was to at there were quite a few of us there from the bus and lots of others were eating from the normal menu. We felt like 2nd class citizens. Your restaurant let you down in my star rating.

Set on the edge of the town, close to the motorway (but quiet), this hotel was clean and functional, beds were comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, the door locks were excellent, the rooms were quiet, and there was car parking right outside. (NB there is nothing much in the surrounding area, and the local restaurants within walking distance are to be avoided, so travel a mile or so into town if you want a decent evening meal). The member of staff doing the check-in was efficient and polite. Breakfast was surprisingly good with plenty of variety, and it was pleasing to see the tables and surfaces being thoroughly cleaned. For a stopover night this hotel can be thoroughly recommended.

We stayed here in the family room/suite which was comfortable, clean, good value for money and dog friendly. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was OK. The hotel has obviously been renovated recently and has a nice design. Couldn't hear the motorway or traffic from inside the room.

Nous sommes de passage pour une nuit en famille avec une chambre pour 4 (les parents dans une pièce et les enfants dans une autre, c’est super appréciable). Hôtel est rénové et design. Service à l’accueil rapide (minimaliste mais c’est la philosophie). Le petit déjeuner est très copieux, formule buffet Ibis, pour tous les goûts. Rien à dire sur la propreté et le confort. (Seul regret, pour dire, la ventilation pour l’humidité à la salle de bain, pourrait évacuer mieux 💦, mais c’est un petit détail). Hôtel à recommander

Hôtel accès facile aux axes principaux avec parking.chambre confortable avec très bon lit au calme salle de bain fonctionnelle et propre. petit déjeuner complet. Personnel professionnel .tarifs corrects.
