Clean and comfortable. Kitchen lights not working. Oven hood light not working. No lights in kitchen.
No power outlets at bed side cabinets.
Otherwise great.

Actually kind of a nice property. Updated and clean, but outside the unit there was a constant terrible smell. We found out that there is a pumping station up the road,

Very nice office staff with excellent customer service skills! Breathtaking water views. Polite housekeeping staff. This was a last minute reservation and it turned out to be exactly what i need as a "ladt minute get away ".

check out staff to have more of a pleasant attitude. Received a text that we didn’t check out , however we did but the girl really wasn’t interested . Smoking on patio would seep up thru the cracks on the wood deck so we couldn’t enjoy our deck and had to keep the sliding door closed . Was busy so I did our bed one day and on the 3 day at 430 we said don’t bother cleaning since she was down about 3 rooms . Oh well .

We liked the incredible view from our room. We chose ocean front and were very pleased with our choice. Our building was very close to the water and the view was magnificent day or night.
The Florida Boy restaurant on the same property had very good food, and great service at a reasonable price. There was a convenience store and pickleball courts directly across the street, and a state park a half mile away. The room appeared to have been freshly painted within the last year. The kitchen had a microwave and refrigererator as well as all the dishes, glasses and utensils we needed.
The staff was wonderful, we felt like we were with friends from the time we arrived.
We are looking forward to going hack there in the future.

Wow. The view. Being able to lounge and relax looking at the beautiful water. Heated pool was great. We felt so lucky to have found this place. I liked the numbered parking spot and having a bar and restaurant right there. Our room was nice and comfortable beds. I like how they are earth conscious. The grounds were well maintained. The location was great.

Lime Tree was clean and beautiful. Perfect location away from big tourism. Wish the weather was warmer so we could have used the paddle boards and kayaks!

Lime Tree Bay Resort was exactly what we were looking for. The resort is clean and offered plenty of amenities (like the heated pool, kayaks, and bikes). Nothing was "over the top", but everything was comfortable and met the requirements for a laid back beach resort. The next door bar and restaurant offered a great and inexpensive selection. There is not a ton to do off property that is within walking distance, but this resort is the perfect home base for relaxing on site, or for driving to visit the other Keys. We will definitely stay here again.
