Hotel is very good breakfast is very good staff need to make more effort to try and communicate with English instead of running after the German holiday makers pool very good pool side bar and food could do with a new menu room with lake view we’re very good plenty of parking would stay again

Do not stay here. I was supposed to stay for my brothers wedding and we ended up changing hotels. They didn’t cancel our reservation after we requested it and ended up charging us anyway. It is a total scam. Would never stay here based on their horrible customer service.

Should be a 5 star hotel. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Wow, what an incredibly perfect stay. We couldn't have been more impressed with the hotel and staff if we tried. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. We went with our 10 month old and were given a room on the bottom floor which leads out to the gardens. She loved going out there every morning. Rooms were cleaned to a high level, this included a turn down service. Bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. You receive a bag with towels to carry to the pool which was so helpful. A major asset to this hotel are the staff. They're so friendly and spoke amazing English. They were all so friendly to us and our daughter. They make an effort to memorise drinks orders, are quick to remove finished plates and made us feel so welcomed. The hotel itself is beautiful. It is clean and very modern. It's a quiet hotel so you'll always get a bed by the pool or seat at the bar. The outside and indoor pools are fabulous. Lovely bubble seating, waterfall features and 2 children's pools which was great. The view of the lakes was beautiful, i miss the view already. Food was 10/10. We ate so much amazing food, so delicious and beautifully presented. There's so much choice, you eat different food every day. They also made our daughter a dinner every night which was so helpful. I had the club sandwich for lunch one day and it is a must try. There are 2 towns nearby, Lazise and Bardolino. Lazise is a very easy walk away along the side of the lake. There's a yummy ice cream shop there. On Wednesdays is a market which is huge! This is also where the boat port is. The boat to Bordalino is 15 minutes. Another beautiful town with lots of streets to explore. We also walked to Bordalino which was 1 hour but well worth it for the views. Overall, one of the best holidays and we didn't want to leave. Superb location literally on the lake edge and 5 minutes along the beautiful promenade to the centre of Lazise. We had a room with a side view which was spotless and had a seating area onto the garden. It has a great pool area with loungers and lots of shaded grass areas. Breakfasts served on the terrace next to the pool overlooking the lake were a highlight of our stay. As expected in a quality hotel the staff were excellent. Location for us is very important and this gets a 10. Bike rental is available at 10 euros for the full day which we made use of.

A lovely hotel, very clean, superb swimming pool. A good location, but very few British people there. The waiters English was limited and we got the impression that they preferred German and Austrian guests to us, and at times we felt a bit of an inconvenience. My husband asked at the pool bar for two beers and the waiter put his hand up to stop him speaking and carried on talking to another waiter. We did have a lovely holiday but we didn’t feel welcome there.

The hotel is in an excellent location the rooms are good, the food is good and the staff are friendly and helpful. Special mention to bar staff Gianfranco and Philomena who really enhanced our holiday experience

Wonderful hotel at every single level! Location, quality and comfort of the bedrooms, breakfast, spa, swimming pool, restaurant and everything else. Absolute shock that it doesn't have its 5th Star! It won't be long! We will be back for sure.

We have been to this hotel now 6 times and every single time i am as happy as i was the last visit. The food is fantastic, the pool/spa are immaculate and well looked after and the grounds are gorgeous. The rooms are more than adequate with huge bathrooms and beds and lovely balconies with a lake view. A very short walk to Lazise town with some really wonderful restaurants and lovely staff. The hotel is an absolute gem and we are already looking to try and return in August. The bar is incredible, the staff are so attentive and cannot do enough for you. Filomena has been here every single stay and due to the pandemic we were unable to visit for 3 years, she was still here this weekend and we were ecstatic to see her! She once again was incredible, the entertainment was also great. We cannot thank Filomena and her team enough. Thank you Cote Valier for making another stay at Lake Garda as wonderful as ever.
