Hôtel sympathique et récent situé à l’entrée de la ville. A quelques pas de la gare de bus et de train. Tout se fait bien à pied.

En bookant pour 3 jours d'abord, j'ai rallongé 2 jours de plus car l'hôtel est agréable. J'ai pas pris de petit déjeuner car j'aime faire mon propre café dans la chambre avec la bouilloire fournie, et c'était très agréable de prendre un bain avec la baignoire. Derrière l'hôtel, le pont dessert assez vite le centre commercial Primark ou l'autre côté l'université, puis sur le boulevard Joffre qui mène au nouveau centre Coty avec Fnac refuge les jours de pluie. C'est un boulevard avec plein de commerces.

Nice experience with my wife, good reception from the lady in reception I guess her name is Marjorie, Clean and exquisite rooms with nice decorations, Delicious Homemade food (we have taken breakfast and lunch) I highly recommend this hotel.

L hôtel est accueillant accessible a pied depuis la gare et proche de la salle de spectacles (nous étions venus pour un concert). Il est tres bien équipé. Il meriterait cependant d etre isolé des bruits extérieurs.

Bien dans l’ensemble, bon service malgré les poussières non faites partout, part contre l’emplacement n’est pas terrible, mal indiqué et le pire le parking trop petit car partagé avec le McDo et places très serrées vous êtes presque sûr de vous faire abîmer votre véhicule

Il aurait été préférable de nous signaler au moment de la réservation ou de la réception de chambre que l’hôtel était entièrement en travaux .
Et encore plus de nous prévenir que notre chambre ne comportait pas de chauffage car nous avons une nuit très froide plein d’humidité et il n’y avait strictement aucun chauffage ni dans les couloirs ni dans la chambre
Nous étions trois dans la chambre et on nous a simplement proposé soit de nous fournir des draps supplémentaires pour ne pas avoir froid soit de nous délocaliser dans une autre chambre mais avec des lits simples pour tout le monde 😅.
Mais je trouve que le tarif de la chambre plein presque 100 euros est assez dérangeant au vu de l’état actuel des chambres et de l’hôtel
Je comprends parfaitement que les transformations de l’hôtel prennent du temps mais en être autant impacté n’est pas forcément très qualitatif.
Heureusement nous n’avions pas avec nous un enfant car j’aurais eu vraiment du mal à le laisser dormir dans une chambre aussi froide .
