It is a small hotel. It is not a five star bunker. French language is preferred. But it is perfect, if you want to live out the French "vacances". Family owned here means staff has everything under control. Tradition means it is clean, well organized and friendly. French means food is authentic, home made and served with enthusiasm. We had a wonderful week there, with nothing to worry about, and will definitely return.

The hotel was like a nursing home,room 42 was awful,tired,dated ,cheap door,no lifts no offer of help with the baggage,horrendously over priced,terrible value for money.I would never set foot in that establishment again.

La beauté de la mer, le panorama merveilleux, l'excellente cuisine de Pasquale et l'assistance courtoise et attentionnée de tout le personnel dans un élégant hôtel traditionnel où les clients sont des habitués.

J’ai dormi dans des centaines et des centaines d’hôtels dans ma vie, et ce dans près de 70 pays. Je ne me souviens pas de tous ces endroits, mais honnêtement, je n’ai jamais été mieux reçu qu’au Grand Hôtel Moriaz à Cavalière. J’aime y revenir, pour le confort, pour les pieds dans l’eau, l’ambiance, le service gentil et personnalisé, puis les bons repas avec une vue imprenable sur la belle Méditerranée.

Quel hôtel magnifique. Un cadre superbe dans cette belle baie de Cavalière, les pieds dans l'eau. Un hôtel de famille où les gens reviennent avec plaisir. Un personnel accueillant, bienveillant et gentil. Le chef derrière ses fourneaux prépare des délices, tous les jours. Les chambres sont d'une propreté impeccable. Il y a encore des petits paradis et cet hôtel en fait partie.

Posto fantastico. Camere nuove e abbastanza grandi. Personale cordialissimo. La spiaggia all’interno dell’hotel è veramente quel qualcosa in più. Colazione non molto ricca ma molto buona. Pranzo super, vasta scelta e qualità e impiattamento incredibili, la cena invece ha un menù fisso però anch’esso molto buono. Lo consiglio ciecamente, ci ritorneremo

Excellent établissement à tous les niveaux : réception , propreté, petit déjeuner excellent , très bonne cuisine et un personnel aimable et qui tient la route ,à l'écoute de vos besoins . Je recommande cet établissement auprès duquel je retournerai , sans oublier la situation géographique en bord de mer ni les chambres qui sont super

Nous tenons à remercier et surtout féliciter le personnel qui est toujours très attentif aux diverses demandes, que ce soit pendant le service à table et aussi au responsable des transats. C'est notre troisième séjour dans l'établissement et nous y reviendrons assurément.

Petit hôtel familial très accueillant, les pieds dans l'eau, idéal pour profiter pleinement de la mer et de la plage. Nous aimons beaucoup y retourner chaque fois que nous le pouvons. Une note spéciale pour la cuisine.
