Family of 4 short stay - we had a lovely 4 days at Le Panorama. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The lounge and dining area are very relaxing and welcoming. The rooms are ok. In need of a little modernizing but were warm and functional. The swimming pool was at the end of a strange spiral staircase but the water was warm and good after skiing. Good location with easy access to town.

＞Personnels agréable , souriant et disponible. Le chef est super et plein d'humour. La truffade est excellent. Hôtel bien situé, en bordure du village mais proche du centre (bon, le Mont Dore ce n'est pas très grand non plus 😉). Ma chambre correcte avec vue sur la cascade. La piscine pour se détendre le soir, bien.

Une équipe adorable et serviable toujours avec le sourire du matin au soir. Les chambres sont propres et rénovées pour moi lit King size confortable. Pour les repas du petit déjeuner au dîner c est frais et regional, et très bon. J ai retrouvé un restaurant où la qualité s allie avec la quantité grâce à un chef passionné. C est ça qu on attend d un restaurant. merci.

Ne vaut absolument pas ses étoiles et encore moins le prix ! Le personnel est aux petits soins mais l'illusion laissée par la déco de la salle de restaurant est rapidement mis à mal quand on découvre les chambres, la piscine et son accès... Peut être avions nous la pire des chambres en tous cas la qualité de la rénovation est juste edifiante... Chambre très mal insonorisée! Bref je ne recommande pas du tout !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Belle chambre et belle salle de douche. Très bonnes spécialités auvergnates et petits déjeuners copieux avec un chef très sympathique, aux petits soins pour ses clients. L'hôtel est idéalement situé et possède une piscine très agréable.

Le personnel est très accueillant et chaleureux, toujours aux petits soins. La chambre a du charme, belle vue sur les montagnes. De plus le petit déjeuner et le dîner sont délicieux. Allez goûter les crêpes le matin juste top. Merci pour la délicate attention du chef pour l'anniversaire de notre fille. Je trouve que le prix est très correct pour tout. Je recommande fortement.

Même si la façade peut sembler austère, dès l'entrée, l'accueil, le bar et la salle à manger sont très chaleureux Les chambres à la décoration dépouillée sont très confotables et les lits très moelleux Le diner, outre d'être délicieux et original était agréablement "animé " par Eric le chef cuisinier qui a été particulièrement attentif

Très bon séjour un lieu très agréable l équipe est très sympathique. Le repas du 24 décembre était digne d un très très bon restaurant. On a passé une très bonne nuit sur un matelas super confortable. On reviendra !!!
