We staied one night on august; hotel in good position not far from town center and useful public parking in front of the hotel. Unfortunatly after having payed at checkin, when back at home we found an unexpected charge on our credit card. Contacted by phone and mail but still waiting for explanations and refund after one week.

***** Very clean and quiet room, excellent food well cooked for evening dinner and complete breakfast, top people, everything was perfect for one night. I reommand this hotel without any reserve. ************

This hotel was booked for us by an agency. We stayed two nights. The rooms are worn and had stains on walls. Lights in the bathroom are on some kind of motion detector, but they turned off and on all night all by themselves. The desk staff said they would be repaired, but they never were. It was very difficult to sleep. We would not return.

Hotel on walking distance from the center. Needs some refreshing and rooms are very warm and noisy. Staff is friendly (that is, with one exception) and they serve a good breakfast and provide a good lunch to take with you if you are hiking. Dinner in the evening was ok.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the short walk to the pedestrian zone. The bed was very comfortable and the staff of the hotel very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, due to pandemic restrictions, the hotel bar was not in service.

Hôtel très propre bien placé on est très vite en centre ville directrice Johana très sympathique et commerçante très bon déjeuner variés et excellent, par contre le repas du soir à améliorer pas bon dommage

Souhaitant passer un week-end au Puy (à 2 heures de chez moi) pour l'anniversaire de mon épouse, j'ai réservé 2 chambres de 3 personnes le 10/10 par Booking dans cet établissement pour la nuit du 11/11 au 12/11. Ma réservation m'a été confirmée immédiatement et je n'ai plus reçu aucun mail jusqu'au 08/11, date à laquelle on m'a demandé de payer en ligne le prix des chambres. J'ai alors reçu un nouveau mail de confirmation. Le 11/11 (le jour même), je reçois un mail de Booking m'indiquant une erreur de prix, l'annulation de ma réservation et une nouvelle proposition 5 fois plus chère !!! Très mécontent, je me suis immédiatement rendu à l'hôtel où un réceptionniste très désagréable, de très mauvaise fois, et ricanant constamment n'a cessé de me repondre que c'était la faute de Booking et que ma réservation était annulée depuis le 10/10 !!! A ma demande incessante, il a appelé son directeur au bout de plusieurs minutes et celui-ci ne m'a jamais proposé un geste commercial pour ces désagréments.

le montant de la facture ne correspond pas au bon montant. Prix multiplié par 2; Site internet non actualisé. Il a fallu discuter a l arrivée pour obtenir le tarif indiqué sur ma réservation. Sinon bon hôtel dans sa catégorie. cuisine du marché au Restaurant pour ceux qui ne souhaite pas ressortir.

Hotel propre et bien placé Le gérant très désagréable pour les clients fidèle à The Originals Même avec une reservation en ligne et garantie CB, il exige un paiement le soir De ce fait en soirée étape si on veut une facture globale c'est un nouveau paiement juste pour une boisson. La soirée étape proposée en ligne c'est entrée/plat et pas de dessert. De plus, en fin de séjour, il ne valide pas les points fidélité !!! Du jamais vu en 25 ans de déplacement commercial
