Très bien situé en centre-ville, garage possible, accueil chaleureux, chambres confortables et calme avec téléviseur, Clim et tout le confort (douche italienne wc séparé). Une étape ou un séjour. Petit déjeuner buffet à volonté, restaurant.

Un hôtel et des chambres parfaitement propres. Seul le petit déjeuner sans œufs est un peu léger. A recommander sans hésitation

Nous nous sommes arrêtés dans cet établissement car il était identifié comme relais motard. Bien situé proche du centre de Puy, facilement trouvable, garage moto fermé privatif, chambre spacieuse et confortable, cuisine savoureuse, très bon rapport qualité/prix et surtout accueil chaleureux ! Nous y repasserons c'est certain

Petit déjeuner prévu à partir de 7h00. Ascenseur bloqué. J´ai du réveillé le patron qui a commencé la mise en place vers 7h45. Horaire trop tardif pour des randonneurs.

Cet hôtel rend service au premier abord de part sa proximité du centre ville. La chambre est relativement spacieuse voir trop avec 6 couchages pour 2 personnes ? L'odeur indéfinissable dans l'entrée coupe toute envie de déjeuner ou dîner. Le sommome c'est le comportement du gérant qui n'a du recevoir aucune formation en relation client tellement il est désagréable.

Hôtel bien situé, chambre propre et spacieuse.... Mais... Je suis cliente et quand le propriétaire me remet ma facture, qu'il garde d'ailleurs ensuite, en m'annonçant le montant à régler abruptement, sans me demander avant si tout s'est bien passé alors là c'est limite, d'autant plus que la moindre des choses quand on est dans le tourisme c'est de bien parler aux clients et d'être aimable. Sachez Monsieur que si votre établissement était situé dans une zone rurale il y a bien longtemps qu'il aurait fermé. Là vous êtes en zone touristique et ça se voit. Je ne reviendrai pas, ne recommande pas votre établissement et vous représentez bien mal les Logis de France. Je n'ai pas testé le petit déjeuner, ça sentait mauvais dans l'hôtel et la salle de repas, je n'ai pas voulu être indisposée par l'odeur pendant que je mangeais.

Bonne experience, chambre propre, excellente cuisine y compris les desserts, copieux, rapport qualité prix exellent, hoteliers sympathiques. Juste une suggestion, proposer plus de legumes aux menus ..
