the worst 5 star hotel I have been to in my life. terrible service, terrible treatment, the food tray has been outside our room for 24 hours, I have no words to explain. It’s a five star, I pay to stay, and this it’s the results? It’s absolutely Diffrent also then the photo of the website. Terrible experience

The property and surroundings are amazing. The suite on the main building was very spacious and well equipped, perfectly maintained. Exceptional service regarding in room needs. Restaurant and breakfast service does not match to a Relais Chateau experience and needs improvements.

Marvelous venue for a wedding. Property is beautiful and service and attention to guest needs was superb. Highly recommend it.

We recently stayed at this hotel with our daughter, who when we checked in found the shower over the bath in her room was broken. She requested a room with a standalone shower but was told none were available. Most basic rooms have only these showers, which is inconvenient. After four maintenance visits—one where she was told it was “normal” for the shower head to face horizontally and another for the bathroom to flood when the shower was being used—the supposedly fixed shower fell on her head as soon as she tried to use it. Only then was she offered a room with a standalone shower, which had magically become available. In our room, the shower and basin had drainage issues, also deemed “normal.” Breakfast on our first day was also disappointing; arriving at 9:30am, an hour before it ended, there was limited food and no croissants. It then took three attempts and 20 minutes for the staff to make a simple café au lait. Overall, our stay was marred by poor service and lack of care, not what we expect from a five-star Relais & Chateaux hotel.

Stunning setting, with beautiful grounds and nice swimming pool. Unfortunately, the dinner was average, with a long wait and lukewarm dish. The wine from the château was excellent
