I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint against this facility. Your website indicated that payment was not needed at time of booking and that payment was due to be taken at check-in time. However the confirmation screen indicated the request could not be cancelled or refunded at this hotel. The money was actually charged against my credit card BEFORE the day I was due to check in. This is an UNETHICAL business practice. I am wondering if the Better Business Bureau complaint should have been directed to TRIP.COM. I cancelled the reservation and had to go through the process of disputing the charge with my credit card company.
Because of this frustration, I will never book a reservation at this hotel AND I will NEVER, NEVER, EVER use Trip.com. You are both UNETHICAL liars!
As far as I am concerned, you can take your trip coins and shove them up your assholes!
