Das SUVI in Leimen ist neu, und wir waren gespannt, es zu testen. Erstes Problem: Auf der Webseite steht, dass Montag Ruhetag ist, Google dagegen behauptet, Ruhetag ist Mittwoch. Wir wollten auf Nummer sicher gehen und haben über das restauranteigene Online-Portal reserviert: Mittwoch um 19.30 Uhr. Nach wenigen Stunden kam die Bestätigung per Mail. Am Mittwoch Abend standen wir dann vor verschlossener Tür. Ein Zettel gab an, dass Mittwoch Ruhetag ist! Die Webseite des Restaurant ist also falsch und auch auf das Reservierungssystem ist kein Verlass. Was hat man von einer gültigen Reservierung, wenn das Lokal zu ist? In einem Mail haben wir auf das Vorkommnis aufmerksam gemacht und uns beschwert. Reaktion? Wie zu erwarten: keine. Sehr, sehr ärgerlich. Liebes SUVI: Leimen ist ein gastronomisch schwieriges Pflaster. Wenn man dann mit seinen Kunden so umgeht, wird es sicher nicht einfacher. Wir jedenfalls kommen nicht wieder.
