The hotel is very individually decorated. The stuff is very kind and helpful, the breakfast is great and offers lots of choices.

酒店服務特別好，前台很熱情友好，周邊位置也很好，步行距離可以到美食街，房間很大，衞生也很乾凈，性價比非常高。

The entire hotel looked like a haunted house. Only 2 or 3 guests we saw at the breakfast and reception area. Interiors theme is very poor. Don't go with younger children- they will get scared of the skull artwork and as well the dark statues inside the room. Not suitable for families with young children. Breakfast- very poor. We have to ask them to refill even the white breads or the cereals. Looks like they prepared the breakfast only for 5/6 persons due to poor occupancy. Parking - We were lucky to get a parking , because only few rooms were occupied. but I agree with other reviewers - they have limited parking space - 5 to 6 only. Finding a parking space in the street will be nightmare. WiFi - (agree with other reviewers) - Very Slow Heater in d bedroom - wasn't functioning well. room is only cleaned and cleaned every 2 days. Spa - sauna costs 15€ extra per guest and must be registered. Ridiculous Lighting in bathroom - Very Poor AC - loud. Phone - No phone inside the room ??? The key card didnt work twice during 2 days stay. I don't understand how they got 4 star rating ???

Habe mit meiner Freundin eingecheckt. Das Hotel ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Zimmer ist absolut ruhig gelegen. Das ganze Personal ist sehr freundlich. Einen kostenlosen Parkplatz findet man jederzeit vorm Hotel. In die City ist es nicht weit. Anbindung mit Bahn jederzeit gegeben. Panometer und Bootsfahrt alles in der Nähe. Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Jederzeit wieder! Vielen Dank. LG Moni und Sandra

Mooi Hotel met eigen parkeerplaatsen. Lidl om de hoek(altijd handig). Ideaal om met Bus / Tram stad in te gaan of naar de voetbal ( RBL )

Gutes 4 Sterne Hotel bei fairem Preis. Doppelzimmer groß und modern eingerichtet. Sauberes Badezimmer mit Badewanne/Dusche. 4 Tassen Kaffee und Mineralwasser gratis auf dem Zimmer. Sehr freundliches Personal. Kostenlose Parkplätze rund um das Hotel.

Das Hotel ist außerhalb vom Zentrum gelegen. Die Zimmer und Frühstück sind okay. Das Parken in der Tiefgarage eine Zumutung. Nicht geeignet für eine E-Klasse. Mein Mann beherrscht das Parken sehr gut und fährt den PKW seit vielen Jahren, jedoch ohne meiner Anweisungen hätte er es nicht geschafft aus der Garage heraus zu kommen. Sehr, sehr eng!!!!
