Claimed to be handicap accessible 1 grab bar in a high wall tub. 1 elevator 1 broken. Services available only on certain days. Room was old and dingy and no food except snacks

The hotel staff was helpful for the most part, although I had a toilet issue during the night and they couldn't seem to locate a toilet plunger friendly people

The hote really l need work done it old outdated TVs. They need to call the Exterminator I had roaches in my bathroom. The heat didn't work they told me they give me a heater. My key card didn't work I have to wait to someone to come up open my door. I was so uncomfortable no I would not stay or come back.

Checking into the hotel was fine but when I got to the room the bathroom was so small you had to walk in close the door then sit on the pot because the door could not open all the way because the toilet was hitting the door when opening. The shower had leaked from the handle and the faucet. The pressure was so low when you turned on the shower it barely came out of the shower head. If a person wanted breakfast you had to pay extra $11 at a bar and grill located inside the hotel

10/10 will stay again the next time we’re in the area. Only issue was a family who took over the hot tub with their children, and were blasting loud music and it ruined the pool for us, but not the hotel’s fault!

I expected better. The rooms are offered as queen sized beds, but theyre only double. My rooms ac didnt work properly, they offered to move me yhr 3rd day, but we decided to go home early. We were by the pool and the chlorine seeped into the room. The staff were amazing and did their best. I thibk overall, I went expecting a different experience based on location.

Our room was about 85 degrees. We tried to adjust it and nothing helped. Went to the front desk and they basically said there was nothing they could do and offered a fan. It was too hot to sleep in and eventually after lots of asking they switched us rooms at 10pm. I had to go to the front desk 4 time and call 2 times just to get something done.

I will never stay @ this location again; I am a single Mother who just wanted a night to herself. The only positive of this room was the King size bed. The air conditioner/vent hardly shot cool air, the hot tub was like warm and almost cold, the breakfast buffet looked like it had been sitting out for hours and the water pressure was whack when I tried to shower! A waste of my money honestly, felt like I was staying @ Motel 6! Very disappointed.
