Hôtel juste à côté du L’ouvres-Lens. Walking distance.

Fantastic stay. Beautifully styled hotel. We booked two rooms, one double and then a larger double room with an extra sofa bed in a separate area and the most beautiful large bathroom. Rooms had a nespresso machine and bottled water supplied as well as toiletries. The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean. The children had a colouring in booklet and pencils on the bed and the rooms were dressed beautifully (as it was our wedding anniversary) which was a lovely touch. The table football and pool table, gym and sauna were used by the family and all were great additions to our stay. Although not what I would class as a family hotel - much too stylish and somewhere I’d rather be with adults - the kids loved it and were thoroughly catered for. There is a kids area next to the restaurant. Breakfast in the morning had a great selection, hot drinks ordered and served to us. All staff interactions were very friendly and they helped us with directions to the museum and to safer parking behind the hotel. Definitely recommend.

This is our 4th stay here and it is always perfect. The staff are very friendly and efficient, the rooms very clean and modern, but sympathetic to the style of the hotel. Breakfast is very good as well. We upgraded this time to a deluxe room with garden view, as they emailed an offer a week before we arrived, I would highly recommend this room , very roomy and not a lot more expensive. The first floor has table football and pool table. We couldn't use the restaurant this time , as there was a function but past experience was great. Highly recommend the cherry tree workshop restaurant 5 mins from the hotel, as recommended by the staff. Once again fantastic, we will be back in June

The rooms and meals were great but it was the staff that made our stay memorable. The front desk arranged all kinds of transportation and activities for us including up on a ladder adjusting the TV so we could watch World Cup Rugby. The dining room people were attentive and friendly. Even though our French was somewhat limited, we never felt that communication was a problem. Based on our experience, we would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We were in Lens for Cameroon vs. Senegal Friendly (football). The hotel was excellent and clearly very convenient if you are visiting the Louvre-Lens (which is definitely worth doing). Only negatives was choice of food in restaurant was quiet 'high-end' so nothing you can grab quickly and also was disappointed that the bar was closed at 10:30 when we got back from the game, though the receptionist helped us with coffee from the communal Nespresso machine in the lounge.

We arrived after midnight and were able to check in quickly and easily. Reception were very easy to deal with. The building is clean and modern, and very quiet. A bit of a walk from the centre and train station, but very close to the football stadium and Louvre Lens.

The hotel is very nice and well situated within 30 mins walk of the centre and 15 minutes from the stadium. rooms are comfortable and the hotel staff very nice. The only issue is that no food was served from 2-7pm which was really disappointing especially as all the restaurants in the town shut at 2pm.
