I'm really disappointed with the outcome of this stay. The reviews are great and the place looks great but, at the end of the day, there is simply no service or assistance or instructions. You're left on your own, given access to an online "concierge" that you have to navigate on your own and really no assistance for anything for your stay. I arrived to a room with a broken blind over the large sliding door that I ended up fixing myself after waiting on hold for over 30 minutes, never did speak to anyone - the contact number gets directed to another facility all together. I ran out of paper towel (1 small roll for 6 days), there weren't enough tea towels, ran out of coffee (only a tiny amount of ground coffee for 6 days) no way to properly do dishes, and the kitchen is sparsely equipped - though you can get by for a short stay. The good things were distance to the North lift, nice setting, overall comfortable room. After making a couple of attempts while staying to contact someone, and no success, I had to try again on my return home because I left my bathing suit. Had I stayed in a hotel or a place with direct contact to a person, I am confident that I would have gotten it back but because of a lack of service/people to contact it's gone for good - not the end of the world, just indicative of the lack of service that you'll experience overall. I've stayed at other places in Tremblant that I'd recommend first, going back again in a couple weeks but not staying here.
