Pokój jest bardzo zniszczony, oświetlenie jest słabe, łóżko nie jest czyste i jest dużo komarów. Dobrą rzeczą jest to, że jest blisko metra i jest wiele małych sklepów w pobliżu, ale na pewno nie zatrzymam się tu ponownie, a cena ponad 1000 za noc nie jest bardzo tania

Nie zatrzymuj się w tym hotelu. Jest brudno i bałagan. Mieszkamy w pokoju 3-osobowym. Po otwarciu okna to śmietnik. Kilkakrotnie przeszukiwaliśmy recepcję, zanim kogoś znaleźliśmy. Zatrzymaliśmy się tu na 5 dni, i nie było nikogo, kto by się tym zajął Słaba obsługa i czystość Różnica!

Extreamly small room

Hôtel à fuir. Réservation de 4 nuits je n’en ai finalement fait qu’une seule. Dans la chambre côté cour vous avez le bruit de la ventilation en permanence toute la nuit. J’ai mesuré le bruit avec mon téléphone avec une moyenne de 50dB dans la chambre. La limite légal étant à 30dB la nuit. Du coup 2h30 du mat j’ai demandé à changer de chambre. La je me retrouve dans une chambre ou le bois de la fenêtre est moisi et laisse passer l’air. 16 degré dans la chambre si vous avez le malheur de mettre le chauffage vous vous retrouver avec un avion dans votre chambre. Froid ou bruit il faut choisir. Résultat le lendemain matin j’ai demandé à annuler mes 3 nuits suivantes. Et je ne parle pas du petit déjeuner avec les machines en pannes, le temps d’attente interminable a l’accueil car la personne n’est pas là… bref pire expérience que j’ai eu dans un hôtel. Je comprend même pas comment cet hôtel peut être classé 3 étoiles.

No soap and shampoo, dirty bathroom, carpet and room odor unpleasant, bathroom floor slippery.

The way staff talks to people -I was speaking French- made me think they were lazy. They don't explain anything (how to check out). So, I didn't want to go to their restaurant (I just went out. I walked to city-hall and found, in that street, a very nice and traditional steakhouse instead). The hotel room is tiny. Front-desk is just trying to make a profit in this factory for tourists. The following morning, they ran after me in the lobby, because the check-out was still to be done

The personnel at the hotel were very accommodating and lovely people. They helped with a few of the issues we had. The breakfast did not look substantial enough to warrant the price and the rooms were basically the size of a large closet. The bathrooms did not have any soap or wash cloths on the sink yet it was clean and maintained by the room steward quite nicely. This hotel was a second choice after our first one was canceled mysteriously probably by the hotel Eiffel Rive Gauche because we had booked at such a low rate. ********** did not verify a mysterious cancellation with us and we lost our three nights in Paris that would’ve been in a much better location. This hotel we stayed at was quite far from where we would’ve been originally booked. ********** cannot give us any answers as to why they can’t provide information as to who canceled our reservation. They offered $100 coupon which was ridiculous because the price of the rooms that we had booked out had gone up substantially over the year to three times the price. This hotel was the least expensive that we could find and had to serve our purposes although it was not convenient to the attractions we were signed up to see. There will still be some legal matters with ********** given that they allowed for a cancellation without verifying on any level with us. And when we did speak to them and told them that we had not canceled they said great have a great trip. But the room had been canceled and we were stuck.
