Wish I could’ve gotten a first or second floor room. I don’t use elevators. I got a third floor room it was okay. I really appreciate the front desk people. They are very helpful

Wonderful place, wonderful staff. Swimming pool and hot tub outdoors are great. Breakfast - tasty. Bed - comfortable.

Had immediate/quick service upon entering. Very friendly staff. Room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was perfect! Thank you for making me feel at home and I will return to this Hotel if I'm ever in the area again.

Our stay was amazing My only criticism would be the doors are so heavy and the handicap button at the room door didn’t work.

I had a horrible experience at this place. Wrong room was assigned on very first day. The employee Mr Shea doesnt know what is he doing. He is a new employee and hardly understands customer's concerns. He gave my room access key card to another customer and they opened the room door at 10pm while we were sleeping. It's ridiculous and no privacy. Try not to choose this hotel.
