My wife loved the room and how spacious it was. Very clean and everyone was friendly. Thankful that this was available especially with Breyerfest going on at the horse park!

The heater made all kinds of noise. The shower had mildew in it. Not as nice as it used to be.

Excellent stay...comfortable room, nice facility...able to meet with friends and good location for accessing most places in Lexington.
Only downside...bathroom. Nice, spacious, but the tub at least in our room was slippery, like ice. Do not know why...no mat or anything in tub to prevent a fall. Have never run into this. Seems to be not be ADA compliant. Ask for call from manager-no call received.

It was a very busy weekend in Lexington and we were staying overnight heading south.
Desk was busy and restaurant very understaffed- food blah!
Associates were nice but overwhelmed.
Facility was clean and comfortable

Short staffed hotel. Only 1 person doing check-in with quite a line. Room was fine. Shower so slick I fell right out of it, have never fell out of a shower before. When we asked the front desk for ice bags, they said “you’ll have to go find a housekeeper for those”. Wow. Will never return.

Hotel room was clean minus the floors, it looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed. Food crumbs everywhere

I was not impressed by the hotel in general. It seemed like all of the staff was new or in training. The breakfast area was always empty of staff. I paid for breakfast and never saw anyone to serve us twice of 3 days. Good location, parking lot was full at all times.

We stay here every year on our way down to Tennessee. We travel with our boat so the parking area is perfect for us to pull into with that. The staff is always very friendly and the facility is always clean. The pool area was great for the kids as well too! My only complaint was that the bathtub was so clogged up only one person could take a shower because it filled up so fast and wouldn't drain. I would look into making sure that tubs and sinks are draining properly. Thanks!
