Front desk Customer service was very poor; arrived 1.5 hr before checkin time (2pm) to see if we could check in early; front desk said they would work on getting a room and let us know when it was ready (but no way to contact us). Instead of being invited into the hotel for food/drinks we were pushed aside, so we left the hotel to walk around. So when we came back at 1:45pm asked if the room was ready and he said “check in isn’t until 2pm” as if we were a burden. So we came back at 2pm and he told me the room was clean but the “system had to update” so we had to wait 5 min. Room was ready at 2:10pm.
