Liebes Team vom Schloss & Gut Liebenberg ich möchte mich herzlich für den tollen Aufenthalt bedanken. Wer schon immer mal in einem Schloss übernachten wollte, kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten. Zimmer sind zum Teil renoviert und der Rest ist einfach mit den Jahren und viel Charme in die Jahre gekommen. Die Ausstattung ist durch viel Pflege noch sehr gut erhalten. Es ist halt ein altes Schloss und das darf man ihm auch ansehen. Es gibt in jedem Hotel Ecken und Kanten aber dieses Hotel mit den alten Gemäuern ist traumhaft schön. Habe hier ein paar Bewertungen gelesen und finde es maßlos übertrieben. Es ist gepflegt und ich habe mitbekommen, dass wenn es Unzufriedenheiten oder Beanstandungen gibt, sich sofort und bedingungslos gekümmert wird. Ich hatte mein Zimmer auf der Büroetage und fand den Zusammenhalt und den Umgang sehr professionell und freundlich. Es gab einen Gast der unzufrieden war und es wurde sich sofort gekümmert. Die Heizung sei kalt und zudem benötige er zusätzliche Bügel. Ich kann diese Hotel/Schloss nur weiter empfehlen und ich komme gern wieder, vielleicht sogar privat.
