We loved the room , the location is great. We went just before Chris**as so they have a beautiful tree in the lobby . Lourdes, Jonathan and Jesus were very helpful at the front desk. Also we enjoyed the breakfast and lunch at the Perroquet , nice service especially from Alexander and Nestor . We had a great massage at the spa , Belinda and Margarita were great there.

A lovely hotel in Lima. They gave me a fabulous room upgrade to a suite, which was great. Room was huge with a wonderful bathroom. Supper in the restaurant was very nice. All staff were very attentive, helpful and lovely and really made an effort to help. My only disappoin**ent was the size of the swimming pool - it’s tiny with limited seating options.

Marquee property in Lima. Elegance galore, excellent service and attention. Iconic and unique venue, incredibly well kept, attentive to details and very enjoyable.

The property is lovely and in a good location. If I received any VIP upgrades I was not aware. I needed to travel home one day earlier and they would not refund the $ even though I gave them 5 days notice. There were also ongoing issues with erroneous charges fir the mini bar and room service. When booking adds solo traveler I was not able to purchase breakfast for one - had to pay for 2 breakfasts but staff made a fuss when I invited a second guest to breakfast. I am surprised that this considered one of the lading hotels in the world.

As always the stay was great.
Only comment is free bottles of water in bathroom has a strange sign that you will be charged if you take the bottle with you. So basically the content is free. You really have to reed carefully to deduct this!
