W hotelu byliśmy 11 nocy we wrześniu 2022. Wycieczka organizowana przez Tui. Hotel idealny dla osób dla których ma on być baza do spania i wyszykowania się. Hotel bardziej zasługuje na 3 gwiazdki ale polecamy ;) Zalety: - codzienne sprzątanie, wymienianie pościeli i ręczników, - przemiły i pomocny personel, - dobre jedzenie ( mimo tego, że powtarza codziennie to samo ale każdy coś dla siebie znajdzie) - hotel położony przy plaży oraz blisko centrum i przystanku, - cisza w hotelu, - czystość w całym hotelu, - zadbany hotel, - lodówka w pokoju, - duże łóżka, - widok z basenu na dachu (ale uwaga, bardzo mały max dla 8 osób). - prezent na urodziny od hotelu ;) - widok z tarasu na śniadaniu. Wady: - bardzo małe pokoje, - bardzo mała łazienka i prysznic, - widok z pokoju (my mieliśmy widok na inne balkony gości ). - głośna ale bardzo wydajna klimatyzacja, - dla osób które mają wykupione śniadanie i Obiado-kolacje leżaki płatne na plaży 15 euro mimo innego zapisu na stronie tui (warto iść dalej gdzie leżaki są płatne 10 euro i słońce jest cały dzień). - bardzo słaba rozbudowana infrastruktura basenu (jeden mały basen, mała ilość miejsca na leżaki) brak baru obok basenu (więc jak masz all inclusive to musisz się nabiegać do baru na samym dole)- wiele hoteli w pobliżu ma o wiele lepiej rozbudowane infrastrukturę basenu. Polecamy sama miejscowość (dużo barów, sklepów, imprez, ładne plaże i bardzo dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania krety).

Wybraliśmy się że znajomymi na Krete wybierając właśnie ten Hotel że względu na zdjęcia byliśmy zadowoleni do drzwi hotelu później już tylko gorzej... o godzinie 6 byliśmy na miejscu i dopiero o 15 mogliśmy korzystać w pełni z Hotelu (ok pokój wiadomo doba od tej 15) ale posiłki nam się nie należały nie mając pokoju, obsługa stwierdziła że to jest już nasz problem. Sprzątanie pokoi przypominało tylko wietrzenie chyba bo nic zupełnie nie zrobione, plaża w ofercie pisze że jest hotelowa A tak naprawę nie jest leżaki 10 euro do tego woda brudna jak i plaża, jest basem Wow na dachu na 3 pietrze w którym może być Max 8 osób..... (bez baru) po wszystko trzeba jeździć 3 piętra w dół by się napić i nieść w rękach bo tacek nie można zabrać.... Klima w pokoju raz działa raz nie.... dla nas dramat .. jedyne co nas spotkało dobrego na wakacjach to przepiękna Kreta.

Modern hotel. Described as “On the beach”, but there is a road before the very narrow beach. The hotel charges 15 Euros for using the beach (Umbrella and 2 seats). The rooms are narrow and a result the balcony is very small, hardly enough for 2 people to sit with knees touching (the smallest I have ever experienced in a hotel). There are only two drawers in the room, below the wardrobe at less than 5 inches from the floor. The bathroom is also tiny. The air conditioner motor is on the tiny balcony. The swimming pool – on the roof - is about 10 m long and between 2-3 m wide. Use of Umbrella and seats here is free. We were charged 30 Euros for a late checkout, despite the fact that the hotel was being closed the next day as it was end of season (i.e. no guests coming). All that despite the hotel being rated as 3 star plus by TUI!! Only the food and service were at that level or higher . The staff in the restaurant in particular were very pleasant.

Happy with the stay in the hotel. The air conditioner worked perfectly and we had a small balcony as well which was great for drying our clothes. We had half board and there was plenty of food to choose from. The receptionists, bar staff, and housekeepers were amazing and very helpful. The only downside is the beach which has stones but just a few meters away there are better ones and even better if you have a car, Crete has some amazing ones not far from the hotel.

I was alone in Greece with my little daughter Maja. The employees were all very nice and never annoyed, even if my daughter sometimes shed tears. All the staff in the restaurant, reception and also the cleaning ladies are professional, very nice people. The food was also very good, the beds were comfortable.

The hotel positions itself as a 3,5 stars hotel which is exactly the case, in the worst case scenario. Expect no service or attention to you as a guest unless you are from a privileged group. The waiters start to clean up your table while you are still eating. No free drinks of any sort during the dinners (paid dinners). No printed out rules/services, guess yourself what's included and how to reside here, ask twice for the wifi password. The sand beach is partially sand, expect harsh rocks when entering the water. Room service is fine. The water is nice and warm, the only thing I would go for in here.

Great hotel. Fantastic location. Super friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant food, seating, service was excellent. Bar staff, thankyou for your personal touch and service I wish you the best. Superb multi national family hotel. Free table tennis and pool to get away from the mid day sun. Reception staff were great and attentive. Restaurant manager always checking, do you ever sleep. What a lovely holiday we had. Thankyou.

Families beware. You will need ear plugs and a car if you want to make the most of your family holiday here ! The hotel is very noisy at night as it’s got a lot of large groups of young men doing what they do. The main area of the hotel are without air conditioning which in Greece is difficult. The food is ok and the staff are wonderful but the tables you have to get in early to get one of the 8 outside ones. The area took me back to my 18-30s holiday with the football team so families think again if you want a quiet time.

Now where to start, golden beach hotel is a holiday I will remember for the rest of my life. The location of the hotel is unquestionably perfect, the views for the room and around the grounds of the hotel looking on to the sea. The facilities are lovely with their stunning views from their roof top pool, perfect for a relaxing day. Me and my pregnant girlfriend stayed for a week and the staff were so accommodating towards her, we had a minor problem in our original room and they moved us straight away and upgraded us the young man at reception was exceptionally helpful with everything Thank you for our amazing holiday 10/10 recommend
