After my initial confusion of how to enter the reception area, everything was handled well, I didn’t want to decide about breakfast until the morning, but got pressurised into deciding because of what they needed to order for the morning, I didn’t like that, but everybody was pleasant

Habitués de cet hôtel, nous avons été très déçus d’être logés dans la partie ancienne de l’hôtel avec une cabine de douche toute petite et le mitigeur dans le dos !
Vraiment pas terrible !

Nous avons réservé deux chambres au dernier moment pour la nuit étape de notre séjour prévu sur Montpellier du 25 Août au 26 Août 2023.
L entrée et la récupération des clefs à 00h30 en automatique quel bonheur!
Les chambres pas très grandes mais tout est étudié pour un confort! Bon lit ! Mais manque deux autres coussins! Salle de douche petite et odeur de riz bizarre dans les chambres il a fallu ouvrir!
Le rapport qualité prix est bien vraiment un hôtel où il fait bon vivre…
Merci à la personne de nuit pour la disponibilité!
Pour le ménage le matin 9h30 évitez de frapper aux portes pour savoir si vous pouvez le faire??? Ceux qui se reposent souhaitent le calme.

Close to the highway, Easy access.
Completely renovated! Everything looks new.
We had a family room (Quadruple Room). There are only 2 rooms like this, both on ground level, close to the night entrance. A lot of noise enters the room through the corridor at night from people entering the hotel in the middle of the night and the fire door in the corridor is not closable.

The building and roomwere stark and gloomy!I spite of thatI have to.say that, as amobilty challenged senior, I found the shower to be very easily accessible .And the breakfast was
most acceptable and substantial.And the staff helped me with.my luggage up and down the.stairs!Thank you!

Les moins:
(1) bruit:
chambre bruyante: j’entendais clairement la/les personnes au dessus marcher. Mauvaise construction si on entends les chambres du dessus.
(2) propreté:
Toiles arraignees au plafond, paroie douche PVC avec cheveux et besoin nettoyage (c’est bosselé: un nids à saleté)

Chambre pas très chaude.
Isolation phonique nulle.
Nous avons mis du temps à s’endormir au vu des bruits de passage dans les couloirs et dans les chambres.
Réveillé à de multiples reprises dans la nuit encore par des bruits.
Chambre nulle. C’est très dommage.
Par contre bon accueil.
