Hotel Caravel

I wasn't there as a hotel guest, but I did there to enjoy a CPL of drinks and take in the live music... House band I'm gonna say... Absolutely FANTASTIC ambiance. Kudos .... LOVED it. 😃 I'd check it out if I were you. Couples dancing ＜3 you don't see much of that anymore....

Worst service i had in my life, you cant get a cofee before 07:30 AM even if we asked at the reception, sauna is available only with appointment and it closes at 7:00 PM . We asked to fix the heater in the room , one man showed up and he said he dosent know what to do, and will be back next day, never happend. In spite the price of 4 star hotel you would expect the staff to try to make you feel like in a 4 star hotel and not like in a school camp.

A fantastic hotel, so clean and staff so very friendly nothing was too much trouble. A special Thanks to Christian and Ranarto who very both excellent and made our stay extra special. The location was superb, stunning place. We will be back next year xxxx

+good position, nice view on the lake, good access to city center + big parking space + rooms are big - the hotel and its rooms looks outdated, old - the dinner was a very bad experience - the restaurant was very crowded, especially in these days it is not acceptable, food was bad, serving was late and overloaded/

In questo hotel in cui ho soggiornato: Camera molto vecchia con arredamenti obsoleti, minifrigo vuoto senza beveraggi, cucina pessima e un servizio in sala molto rallentato. Ho cercato un contatto con il titolare, ma questo signore si è dimostrato arrogante e infastidito. Hotel da evitare!

Dieses Hotel ist eine Perle am Gardasee, die Lage zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Die gesamte Anlage um das Hotel sehr gepflegt. Die Zimmer groß, hell und sauber. Das Personal in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen, es hier genauer zu beschreiben würde den Rahmen sprengen, das Abendessen typisch italienisch es findet jeder Geschmack das richtige und was hervorzuheben ist das viele Produckte aus der Region sind. Auch die Getränke lassen keine Wünsche offen besonders die Weinkarte ist sehr umfangreich und die Preise stimmen auch. Fazit: Dieses Hotel können wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!!! Über Ostern verbrachten wir eine Woche im Hotel Caravel. Die Zimmer sind schön geräumig. Von unseren Balkon aus hatten wir einen fantastischen Blick auf dem Gardasee. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, mit Omlettestation. Das Abendessen war jeden Abend ausgezeichnet. Für die Kinder gibt es einen Indoorspielplatz, Tischtennis und PlayStation Ecke. Draußen gibt es ein Trampolin, Rutschen, Schaukeln, Tischtennisplatten. Es gibt zwei Pools, der obere Pool ist beheizt. Auf Liegen zwischen Olivenbäumen kann man relaxen. Whirlpools und Sauna sind auch vorhanden. Kostenlos stehen Parkplatz, Safe und WLAN zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen sicherlich wieder.

Vien già voglia di tornare!! Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con mio marito, dal 12 al 14 aprile, in occasioen della Lake garda Marathon. Avevamo la Suite "la casetta". La camera è veramente spaziosa, il bagno gigantesco, per non parlare della cabina armadio!!! tutto pulitissimo (sono allergica agli acari e asmatica, ma non ho avuto bisogno di usare ventolin nemmeno un secondo!). Il personale è estremamente gentile e poi arriviamo al "fuoco d'artificio"...la colazione!!!Noi abbiamo scelto la formula b&b e quindi non posso ocmmentare l acena, ma la colazione è a dir poco..."luculliana", c'è di tutto e di più, al di sopra di ogni desiderio. Consiglio vivamente di provare le confetture bio, che hanno una marcia in più rispetto a quelle già note...insomma tutto perfetto...stiamo già pensando di tornare ocn il bimbo, a breve, sperando di torvare posto!!!

Una splendida esperienza. Veramente alto il livello di qualità dei servizi, del cibo, di pulizia e della professionalità del personale (una particolare nota di merito alla Sig. na Fiona). Un complimento ai propietari. Appina riusciremo torneremo.
